Decently themed, food is alright, and the tables were sticky. The waitress promptly cleaned the table as soon as we told her but the table was still not clean. (bad cleaning detergent?)

Perfect place to sit in and have food if you love Alice in Wonderland. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would advise pre booking a table depending on the time and day to secure yourself a spot.

Totally loved this place! So much to look at, very well decorated. Food was yummy and they also cater for vegans, so a huge thumbs up from me.

We booked for our parents anniversary and whilst the food was amazing the service wasn't perfect. We had pre ordered but we were there half an hour before they came to see what drinks we wanted. Our teas and coffees arrived but it must have been another 20 minutes before the food for our afternoon tea arrived. We asked for some more tea and coffee while we were there, thinking this would be included in the price we paid but we were charged extra for this.

The service was good and it's a nicely themed decorated place. However, the sandwich was nice but it lacks some sort of salad side to make it worth the price.

Lovely food and a really fun place. We went here on a whim as didn't even know there was one in Canterbury and we loved it.

Went here to try something new, lovely staff, good service, interesting food - and all very reasonably priced! Something a bit different, theme wise, and the sandwich selection is varied and tasty. Bread was lovely too.Their cake is to die for, so moist! Will be returning for sure.

Biased because I love Alice in Wonderland. Decor is incredible and everything is well themed and carefully thought out.Cakes obviously frozen and defrosted as they're quite dry and don't taste at all fresh. Again, nice decor and seating but quite dark in some areas and as expected overpriced.

Awful! Moody looking staff, waited ages to be served I had booked afternoon tea for 2. The sandwiches were inedible! Warm and old, the cream for the scone was gone off! And yellow and wasn't even clotted cream had to ask for milk for my pot of tea, had to change the cream. The cakes were old and dry. Honestly worse afternoon tea and for £20.95 per head! Utter Joke.
