The food is delicious and it was an absolute delight with the lovely staff here. Especially Fran and Marina, they're very polite and sweet.

Due to traffic problems one of our party was going to be late, absolutely no problem reorganising our booking time. Service was Brilliant even when my 3 year old grandson decided it was a good time to have a hyper moment. The food was excellent and the atmosphere comfortable. Im looking forward to my next visit.

Visited on a Wednesday lunch time. Manager was very unwelcoming and not friendly at all. We had a pram with our sleeping baby in it, you'd have thought we wanted to bring in an army tank for the response we got. We seated, food arrived and it was bland. Needed salt - never a good sign. The waitress was about as bothered as the manager was. Paying for that service and quality was hard, even a 50% discount would have felt like paying too much. They really need to up their game in there.

Tend to eat lunch here when going to The Marlowe theatre. Saturday lunch times tend to be busy to best to book a table in advance. Food is very good and so is the service.

Love this place. The Butterfly King Prawns and strawberry mojito are absolutely my favourites. Great service from Fran. I'll be back soon x

I love ask Italian at other locations. But this place fails on many levels. Service is tolerable at best. Don't bother ordering the cheese and chips as the amount of cheese is embarrassing (this happened 3 times in a row even after feedback. On the 3rd occasion I had to point it out and request cheese!). It got two stars as the pizzas are always nice. I love Ask but just choose a different location.

Great vegetarian and vegan options. They even have a separate vegan menu if you want one. Friendly staff members who were attentive. Probably one of the best desserts I have had.

Last time I ate in an ASK it was really poor. So this was a nice surprise! Had the summer special - a huge ravioli inside a rosemary bun. It was fresh, hot and delicious. A lovely restaurant too and great staff and service. Fab lunch.
