Very nicely cooked cod and chips with pavement seating provided. Friendly service and not overpriced.

Miserable attitude and bad food. I give people the benefit of the doubt but this has been twice now. Chips were hard, the curry sauce was thick and congealed, and to top it off the guy seemed like he was having yet another bad day. I will be staying clear from now on. What a shame.

Good fish and batter, but like every other chippy, the chips are soft. Why don't chips have a bit of crunch any more? Our order was ready quickly, didn't have long you wait. Fish still served in polystyrene trays, not cardboard boxes, which is a shame.

6 out of 6 visits and the quality of the fish and chips have been of the highest standard, thoroughly recommended, and boy do I like fish&chips..

I took my daughters here for a takeaway. The staff were friendly and polite and served us very quickly.We bought family size chips, a veggie burger, buttered roll, sauces and drinks all for a very reasonable price!The food was delicious and I will definitely be going back.Highly recommended!

I visited this fish and chip shop for the first time yesterday, the chips were amazing, the best I’ve had in a very long time, the sausage was also good however the saveloy was over cooked and the skin really dry and too crispy, not sure how long it had been sitting there once cooked.I would return due to how amazing the chips were but I don’t think I would get a saveloy from here again.

Had a lovely portion of Haddock and chips, lovely thin crispy batter, great little chippy
