Chapter Sourdough Pizzeria & Bar in Canterbury

Really great pizza place in Canterbury. You can literally watch them make your pizza from your table. Prices are reasonable. Service is fantastic.

Chapter never misses🙌🏼 theyre my go to restaurant in Canterbury. The pizza is always delicious, the staff are really nice, the atmosphere is good and the happy hour cocktails are just the cherry on top. If you haven’t been it’s a must!!

Fantastic. Seated 9 at as a walk in this evening after another restaurant let us down. Staff always so friendly and go above and beyond. Pizzas and drinks 10/10, vegan & gluten free options. Can’t recommend enough!!

Happy they was able to accept us as we had a dog with us. however the menu was small and the one pasta dish which was a lasagne was not very nice at all! We had to return it for a refund. I would say though the pizza dough was very tasty and a joy to eat! Just average for us on this visit. 🙂

Canterbury's best pizzeria. Delicious vegan pizzas, with a wide range to choose from. Staff are very friendly and attentive. And it is dog friendly in the bar and booth area!

Went for a 40th bday bottomless brunch and was very disappointed. The food was mediocre, the wine was NOT Prosecco as advertised but Italian Sparkling wine. Didn’t know there would be a service charge of £14. I always leave a tip but don’t like being forced. Also was constantly asked to leave even though the place wasn’t busy and there were tables available. Would have been nice to finish the last bottle In peace.Won’t be going back or recommending unfortunately.

Went to Chapter for a birthday celebration, and it did not disappoint. The staff were absolutely lovely and it was one of the friendliest, chillest experiences in a restaurant I've ever had. The atmosphere was gorgeous, with fairy lights and an old fireplace being right next to our table. The food itself was incredible, with the pizza being some of the best, (although, the squid was my favourite part). Would recommend!

First and foremost I want to praise the staff for such fantastic and friendly service! I wish I knew the name of the particular waitress we had on Sunday lunchtime as she was superb and made the entire experience at Chapter even more memorable!The pizza was delicious with a great choice of toppings for all tastes - but couldn’t resist the buffalo mozzarella special! It didn’t seem entirely sourdough but it was delicious nevertheless, and the sides and desserts were a big hit with my family too.Will be back again when in Canterbury!

Nice atmosphere, delicious food and reasonably priced. The decorations inside the restaurant gave a nice Christmas feeling, which is always a big plus!
