Terrible restaurant! The staff there was very rude and declined to offer student discount so left the store and went elsewhere. Their loss. Keep laughing, I'm sure you love your job.

Poor customer service. Not enough people on the tills. Rude delivery people inside the store who interrupt your order.

This place has improved so much the food is so much better and fresh loved the grilled and always polite thank you for a lovely experience

Lady who works there on Tuesday night doesn't know how to count. She missed one chicken in my meal.

1 star not for the food quality but for the poor service.I have made pick up order through Uber app, once arrived the guy said I have to wait 25minutes we ran out of food lol. He was just like 2 minutes for him. My car was not parked correctly. The offered to replace my order but I refused, restaurant refused to cancel and I can't cancel from my App. Will see what will happen.They proposed me to replace with another items but I refused.Last update 20/09/2021:Uber eat refunded me 100%.Thanks to Uber eat.

Food quite often is not fresh and very stale. The most recent order which we placed was stale, the chicken had a horrible taste and smelled like it was rotten meat.Food can be good when fresh, but that is almost never the case with this place, of the many times we have ordered, I can hardly recall once or twice when the meal was actually fresh. This will be the last time I ever place an order with this takeaway!

Ordered food after a long time through uber eats earlier and I must say it was the best I've ever tried from chicken cottage. Food was fresh, hot, had plenty of sauce as per request and the order was complete. Thank you guys. Will definitely be ordering again If you keep up the good work. 👌👌
