The food from here is always really good. They never disappoint and always on time.

Expensive and bland. After 3 tries I'm not going back.

Ordered food saturday night after an hour waiting for confirmation I phoned the shop to be informed they haven't even started cooking my order and would take another 40 plua minutes. I cancelled my order and before i could put a complaint in they hung up on me.

Rude service on the phone, told me they were going to hang up when I had an issue with my order.Despite advertising they'd deliver to our area, they called to change their mind.Waste of time essentially! Don't advertise you deliver to our area if you don't.

A joke. Waited 2 hours (order placed at 6:30) and still didn't arrive. Called and was told it would be another hour so cancelled it. Expected us to wait 3 hours without letting us know.

Got a takeaway late last night was excellent. Great service staff was incredibly polite thank you so much Spicy tofu was to die for Great place to go

Very bland food. Quoted almost 2 hours for delivery when I live round the corner so I collected instead. I asked if I could get an extra bag of chips for the delivery fee and they charged me the 30p difference. Hella petty.

I placed a big order from here and my duck was green which meant I couldn’t eat it. One of the dishes was also incorrect and the chilli squid was mostly batter. I called the restaurant and told them I was happy with the rest of the food, however, the quality of those dishes was not satisfactory. Rather then resolving the issues, they tried to argue with me on the phone until I said I have not touched the three dishes because of there quality and that they could come and collect it if they did not believe me. They sent an employee who came to collect the food and he was so rude and was raising his voice as soon as I passed the packaged food into his hand. He refused to give back the correct change until I had to call the restaurant and they had to resolve it. The fact that the food had not been touched and the way they handled my complaint was extremely poor. I would not have even asked for a refund if they handled the situation politely on the phone because I am a regular customer and I had placed a big order. Yet, they were rude and not understanding, customer service was so poor that sadly I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered, it was absolutely delicious and arrived on time. Highly impressed with the food and the excellent service from their staff. I wouldnt hesitate to use Dragon City again. Well done to all concerned. You deserved every star awarded. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Place needs closing down, had to drain oil out of my rice and they put egg in mushroom fried rice when it wasn’t advertised for allergies. Chips had been warmed up in the microwave and curry sauce came as a block. Called them up to complain and the man who answered was very polite. Was put through to the boss and was told I had to tell him if I didn’t want egg... how was I to know there would be egg in mushroom fried rice? Tried to explain this to him in a polite manner but I was told not to f*cking order from here again and he wouldn’t rectify the problemNo wonder why they have a 1 star rating and a 1 food hygiene rating
