Lovely dessert place, prefer it to Kaspas personally. I had the white chocolate cookie dough as they had run out of a lot of other dishes but I still enjoyed it very much.

Decor and atmosphere great and food delicious. Shame about staff, arrived told we could take a seat. Then staff member came over and told us we needed to wait at the entrance which we informed her we were told to take a seat. Then when we did get our waffles and thoroughly enjoying told we had 9 minutes to finish up. Didn't really feel welcomed.

I went there to Creams after work just to get some desserts for take away . The atmosphere is not very welcoming . the waiter who took our order was so impolite and rude . no smiles, no customer service at all from either the waiter or other members of staff. No one say thank you or good bye to you when you are collecting the order. Like What?!?!!We couldn't wait to get our waffles and get out of there . We was in and out within 10 mins because we couldn't bare to look at the staff's miserable faces.Never go back to this place again .This happened to me second time and I wont take it anymore . !!I took the picture of the guy who took my order please stay away from him ! So rude and impolite !

This is the second time that have visited this âpalace of pudding delightâ. To be honest I though that my first visit was just a fluke and that things couldnât really taste that good all of the time. I was wrong and very pleasantly surprised. The waffle I had (Strawberry fields) was just as tasty as they last choice that I had here, although if you pressed me I could name. The menu and additional choice are extensive and you easily spend a whole day in here sampling all of the delightful food available to you (especially if you enjoy sweet food)The staff are professional, friendly and very quick. They also extremely helpful and understanding. I have a service dog which I am still getting used to and when the staff understood what my dog was they were very accommodating, which I have to say is very refreshing. All in all, the revisit was well worth it and I shall be wending my way back here in the not too distant future - just to make sure that I havenât steered anyone wrong with my recommendation (no self indulgence on my part of course!!)

My first visit at Creams together with my wife and it was a really great one, especially for someone with a sweet tooth like myself. The first thing that we noticed was the beautiful decor and the way the tables were designed, which allowed us to have our own space but yet still feel the vibe. When ordering the food, I have to admit that we did find it hard to make a decision since there were too many great options to choose from. If it were up to us, we wouldâve loved to try everything! In the end, we were content with what we ended up ordering.Overall, good portion size and value for money! Staff was also friendly.

Wow what can I say about creams! Where ever you go, they always deliver. I donât want to get a diagnosis for diabetes but they are that good I might just risk for one of every desert for the rest of my life. From the entrance, design and layout the customer friendly staff. You have a great selection and can just order anything you want really

Context: Wife and I had afternoon snack here in Aug-2021.Pros: Huge choice, including copious options for vegans/lactose-free. I had the vegan chocolate cookie dough which was very good (although phenomenally rich).Cons: Bit slow. Half the toilets were out of order, so long queue. No soap in toilets which makes me worry about staff hygiene. Loud. Conclusion: Nice to drop by. Potentially going there for only desert in the evening might be fun.

Had a lovely time here. If youâve got an allergy, Iâd recommend just asking for what doesnât contain your allergy, the menu doesnât state allergens. The allergens sheet doesnât make sense. However, the did have a wonderful coffee cake that was gluten-free!! Although the service is a little slow, it is worth it!!
