Fish Inn 2 in Canterbury

We are visiting the area and quite particular about our fish and chips - there are so many to choose from so we read all the recent reviews and chose here - no regrets at all - The service was really friendly and welcoming, the food was cooked fresh and efficiently, it was great value for money and delicious. Family of 4 £35, feee bottle of drink thrown in too 👍🏼

Very tasty food v good portions worth the money, friendly staff

OK. So I've been away in the States for many years, and I now find myself in Herne Bay, looking for a place to park my weary arse. Just down the road from where I'm temporarily staying is a fish n chip shop. "Oooh look, Fish Inn Two; how 'bout I try some chips?" Now bear in mind, and I swear this is true, I haven't eaten chips in about 30 years. "Go on then, son!" Ok, I chance my arm. Served by the very personable Will and Andy; the chips were delicious with salt n vinegar and a beer on the side, back home.You know, I might just have to try this again—Who Knew! Though I won't be waiting for another 30 years to pass by, this time; maybe next week. Nice. Bravo #FishInnTwo!!!

Medium fish chips peas &, curry sauce, All perfectly cooked - The fish wrapped in a crispy batter the fish fell apart while still moist, not a single bad chip on the plate. Wiped the plate clean! Lovely evening meal served by lovely staff always with a smile!

Haven't been here in some years, but appears that they've had a bit of a makeover since the last time. The dine-in area is cozy, but we managed to fit in the pram without it impeding on others dining experience.The fish and chips was delicious and cooked decently - batter did not feel thick or heavy like in some other places. Our young child did not think much of the burger but loved the chips and the bits fish we gave her.Definitely return when I go back to Herne Bay

Enjoyed a very tasty and good sized portion of cod and chips here today. Good food in very friendly and clean surroundings and great company. Would certainly go back.

Portions here are quite large for just one (whoa as me). Think I should have just asked for the cod today. Best to stop ordering Coke a Cola ( Lola) and stick to just having water. (But oh, how just having water can get a tad boring.)

Probably the best fish & chip restaurant in town. They started off with a similar shop in Broadstairs, which is where I first discovered them. It is great that they are doing well with a friendly atmosphere & great food.

The best fish and chips in Hernebay, went out for dinner today, husband had fish and chipsAnd I had cods row, chips ,and salad .The food was hot and tasty, the waitress was very friendly and the service was 10 out 10.Nicely decorated with Christmas decorations very festive.

Went to the Fish Inn Two last week and sat in for fish and chips. Absolutely delicious, best chippy we've ever visited..perfect fish, everything cooked to perfection and generous portions too. We all enjoyed our different meals and will definitely visit again. Staff were really friendly and helpful too.
