Do not order from this place! It was absolutely shocking service. Almost a 2 hour wait for the food which should have been 40mins. The driver accused us of giving the wrong address and also drove the wrong way down a one way road. The restaurant does not answer the phone and blocks your number if you keep trying to call. We received the complete wrong order almost 2 hours after placing ours. I can’t comment on the food quality as we did not get the correct order so did not eat it. Almost an hour after getting our wrong food another delivery guy turns up with another bag of food which we sent away as we had already ordered from somewhere else.

Food was 2 hours late and was also gross. I've never had bad Chinese food before ordering from here. They also ignore your calls when you are trying to get an update on your order, and lie about where it is.

I am absolutely sickened, almost literally if I ate what was given, at the food that came out of this dump of a restaurant. The chicken was as pink as Peppa Pig… raw, uncooked. And we waited over 2 hours for this to arrive as it was - if anything it should’ve been overcooked. This place is to be avoided at all costs, unless you want food poisoning then by all means visit here.

This is our regular restaurant but feel very let down by them after waiting over a hour and half they cancelled my order after saying it would be late. Said to order from another chinese, but its now too late to do soso going to bed hungry. Wont be ordering again. Bad service. I only oderd one item!

We order at least once a week/every two weeks. The food is always amazing, they give extra food every time (prawn crackers or spring rolls), and overall it’s a very pleasant experience.Only problem would be how long it takes (1h-1h30min tops) but you are warned beforehand so nothing we don’t know already.Love this place!!!!!

Iv just ordered from hear delivered 15 min ago.... have to say its by far the worst food I have ever received been eating hear for over 3 years ... very disappointed.... food.is cold chicken is dry like.it was left in Sahara desert

Absolutely disgraceful service. Placed an order which was due for delivery for 6:40. After 50 minuets of waiting with no knock at the door we called up the shop to what I only describe is useless and disgraceful. They admitted that they delivered our food to the wrong house, won't send us out a replacement, won't refund us. The lady on the phone was simply useless and no help. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Don't know how you can have a delivery driver who doesn't know how to do his job and delivers to the wrong place. Beyond fuming

Horrible customer service, their own company delivery driver gave our food to the wrong address, wouldn't make our order again or give us a refund, made us go through just eat

Absolutely disgusting service. 1hr late and cold greasy food. AVOID!! rang to complain and they put the phone down on me.

Shocking service, was informed order on way turned up over 40 minutes after this. Customer service was nil.Time feom order to delivery was 2 hrs 20 minutesCertainly won't be going back and if I could I would give 0 star rating
