Howard's Kitchen in Canterbury

We popped in for lunch, very family friendly and great home cooked food (fish cakes were delicious)The staff were friendly and accommodating.Would recommend if in the area and want to avoid the busier areas of town.

Went here on the off chance it was still open ! So happy we did such lovely homemade food i had lasagne & salad my daughter had homemade quiche & salad all lovely & fresh definitely gonna go back & try their cakes ..

Good coffee, no extra for oat milk.Great homemade soup, fresh salads, quiches and other quality food.

Came with my family for brunch, we had full English breakfast and sausage baguette. Delicious quality ingredients used in both with two egg, two bacon etc generous portions and still under a tenner. Perfect selection of coffees, mocha is really nice and the hot chocolate delux they put the marshmallows seperate good attention to detail. Overall lovely friendly atmosphere and attentive friendlt service. We also had the cakes oh to die for so so nice and good portions. Definitely don't feel hurried and come spring the garden looks lovely

Went there Saturday 13th with my family.I had leek & potato soup,tasty.Others had fishcakes, they loved them.Staff lovely,polite,and all looked well run.Going back to visit my sister in two weeks so will be popping in to Howard's Kitchen again.well worth trying.

Had a really lovely time here. Very warm welcome and excellent home cooked food - we both had the pie with veg and two drinks for just over £20. Very reasonable and very tasty.

Very friendly & attentive staff with decent menu options - the fish cakes are a particular favourite. Good seating area, worth a visit. I’ve given 4 stars as the food is priced on the higher side.

Excellent customer service and wonderful cakes! I love the sheltered garden in the back. Such a nice atmosphere. We come here all the time for breakfast and are never disappointed. And they allow dogs which is very handy for us.
