Kfc - Whitstable in Canterbury

OK for a quick stop, didn't like their chips. Signs to drive in unclear for strangers, I went completely wrong!

They always get your order wrong or leave something out, then make out like your the inconvenience because you've gone back for missing items.Update, went again to eat in for the kids. But got a batch of uncooked hot wings, to which she said it's because it is spiced well.... meaning if your chicken is white they're not spiced well.It's the unapologetic attitude I have a problem with, as though I should accept the idiocy I have had to endure.You tell me your opinion on whether you would eat it or want another.

Disgusting. Arrived stone cold. They hadn’t even bothered to cook the potatoes so I can’t even cold and chips/fries. They were like cold parboiled chip shaped potatoes that had been dipped in oil. Actually laughably bad. Please guys, chips are really not difficult to make, just put in a bit of effort.The chicken burger was ok. Just tasted very cheap and budget.But then again, what else would I expect.

Dirty facilities all around, manager has a serious attitude and rolls her eyes at every slight inconvenience to her. After being served PINK chicken and asking simply for it to be sorted by getting a refund, the manager informed us that chicken was supposed to be that colour… don’t advise anyone to eat here whatsoever. Just go to the McDonald’s across the road, at least there customer service is how it should be and you know your food will be cooked.

Went to kfc in whitstable at 5pm , went in instead of drive through as we had large order.Very quiet no que.we took the bag home to eat with the family and no chips there should have been 4bags as ordered party bucket.you can imagine still hungry only half a meal.This is unacceptable wont be going back.

Chips were not cooked, portions are so much smaller, cannot use BLC unless through drive thro or pay by cash at till. Screens had fingers marks over them so don't look like they get cleaned often and where they are placed near the windows they hard to see when sun shining on them

had trouble with ordering on touch screen at first but soon got the hang of it... Good friendly fast service... after eating in first time we'll be doing that again

A bit lame I'm afraid, we ordered at the touch screen self service point. The restaurant was virtually empty but the tables were disgusting and we had to ask one of the staff (of whom there were many, standing around) to clean a table and chairs for us so we could sit down. Once we collected our order I had to go back to the counter 3 times for forgotten items (popcorn chicken, fries, napkins and a spork). The food was OK, in my 4 extra mini fillets one was half the size it should be. In the toilets one was constantly running and the other wouldn't flush. I'm in no rush to go back there

Staff rarely smile, all look as though they'd rather be doing anything other than their job. Wait time in the drive-thru que is rediculuos, inside que is not much better. No longer give out lemon wipes or salt as has always been with KFC, those wipes are NEEDED after greasy finger eaten chicken. Every visit leaves me with something that makes me not want to return. Not like any of the normal KFC's. Take my advice, use a different one as this has gone downhill considerably the past 5yrs

Having not had KFC for many years i looked forward to trying the gravy burger box meal. It lacked flavour and was soggy. Where has the well known chicken coating gone?! Won't be eating there again.
