KFC in Canterbury

Chicken was nice chips were only lukewarm and you can never get a coffee in there

Good food, good service, kind staff.

I had a very bad customer service from this kfc .. for the convenience of the staff members they closes the toilet by 9:30 and the customers are not allowed to use the toilet after eating there and asked to use the public toilet behind the building or go to McDonald’s Donald’s .. which is not acceptable..after spending money there to have food with kids ..

Yet again. No napkins. No wipes Buffalo bites dried out n bloody awful. Yet again, Canterbury KFC lets the KFC brand down

The reason for the one is I ordered two mini fillets and was given a substitute instead - 2 miniscule pieces of chicken so KFC robbed me blind.Luckily I'm not want to hold a grudge to it. Won't be visiting too often and not the best location for a KFC opposite Fenwick. Really not classssssssssy !

Worst meal ever orderd on just eat . 2 meals where missing. Packed and sealed by kfc. They didn't want to know the manager gabriel . The staff was un helpful will not use again Just eat might refund in 14 days . Not what you expect as paying for delivery. Had to give 1 star so I could post

It's a KFC. Small but clean. Polite staff. Shame the delivery guys were in way of toilets and didn't move so had to shove their bags with my foot!

The meal arrived cold the chicken was dry and over cooked the gravy was watery and tasteless the chips was so soggy I'm sure they used water not oil to fry them, would not answering phone! Will not be having kfc again.

Hygiene is terrible, toilets are nearly as bad as the public toilets around the corner, have visited the Restaurants busy and quiet times too. Food is pretty bad too, far to much buttering on the chicken. I’ll stick to using the Sturry Road Restaurant which is far better. Sad and disappointing

On this occasion, crumbs on the window sill, tables dirty from previous customers (all available tables that is) bins were full and over flowing with rubish. Not the biggest restaurant either so no excuses. Staff had to be asked to attend to the growing situation. I can only say there are other eateries near by and will consider them over KFC in future. I could understand if the place was busy..... but it wasn't. Not the best experience ever. Giving one star only as the food was ok and hot.
