Long Reach Beefeater Grill in Canterbury

Excellent recent visit, which I was reluctant to make based on past visits, but was very pleasantly surprised. The staff member waiting our table could not have been more attentive, friendly, or professional. The food has improved massively and we loved our mains and dessert. Will definitely be returning if the food and service continue to be this good.

Great place, very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Always happy to go there and leave satisfied. Sunday roast was very good and tasty.

Lovely serving staff. Ever so kind and bend over backwards helpful. Unfortunately let down by the quality and temperature (ie cold) of the food. Sorry to say, but highly unlikely to visit any time soon.

Had breakfast from premier inn and the choices were amazing a full English breakfast or continental breakfast croissant and toast or yoghurt and fresh fruit!! All you can eat and kids eat free! X

Good food at a good price. Always have very pleasant staff, particularly Jen who was very good. We have eaten at the Long Reach many many times over the last thirteen years and believe it or not have never had a bad meal. The breakfasts are also amazing value and delicious

We drive past it so often but today we canceled a reservation to we could eat a little closer to home.Glad we did.It’s been years since I was last in a beefeater and if I’m honest I wasn’t sure what to expect so I listened to the wife and left my expectations at the door.Menu was clear and well worded.Went for wings with bbq sauce and extra blue cheese (you just have to)Rump medium, cooked perfectly. I know chefs that struggle to do this so please thank the chef.Flavours on all dishes 10/10But tonight was made my our waitress Jen.Thank you. We will be back and that’s 100% down to you.Guys keep this one happy, a rare gem.Top service

We were a family group of five visiting the Long Reach at Whitstable. we were seated quickly, everything was nice and clean. Service was friendly and speedy. I was very impressed when one of our party asked for allergy information. The staff quickly brought us the allergy folder that listed all of the food available and whether it was gluten, nut etc free.Our food was lovely and reasonably priced.A good afternoon was had by all.

We were staying in Seasalter and took a walk here as we could see online that dogs are welcome if we sit outside. The staff could not have been more helpful, they provided water for the dogs, and really helped with us ordering our food and the options. Food was unexpectedly great, we all enjoyed our meals. Kids menu had lots of choices. I’m only dropping one star because the place seemed a little worn and tired, particularly where we were seated outside and could do with a bit of attention, heaters outside would also be great as we were freezing but as we had the dogs we had to stay outside. We would have stayed much longer if we had some heat.

I had a really good breakfast with my family here. The buffet was great, a wide variety of hot and cold foods and they have real coffee!!!! Not filter but bean to cup Costa machines. The kids eat free offer just makes it even better.
