McDonald's in Canterbury

Used drive thru at 1.30am last night. Had to wait ten mins for them to cool chips (hey at least they are hot and fresh). Then they give me a cold burger. Just a tip but if you're waiting for food to cook don't put some of the order out ready....it's just gonna get cold that's basic sense.

Asked to park up but was unable to do so as there were no spaces in the car park. Assistant manager Ryan was very rude and told me I had to park up - I again explained there were no spaces and he suggested I park in a disabled space which I said was morally wrong. Eventually a space became available so I was able to park up. Waited over fifteen minutes for food and they forgot the sauce and the chips were cold. I appreciate it was busy but staff need to be more courteous and food needs to be served hot.

Not a good MD's at all. Food is ok service is rubbish most of the time. Some staff are nice enough but others shouldn't work there at all. Chips are always half full and the same for the drinks many times. I'm sure the main issue with this place is the owner manager & not the stuff.

Very helpful at the drive through, helpful with the specific order of no dairy options and kids options, I didn't feel like being rushed or being a pain. Food was served quickly and was hot. Well done.

IT systems had gone down. Placed order with a person at the order board, progressed to the payment window where I had to order again as they had communication difficulties and did not have my order. All this was at a lunchtime. Food was the typical McDonalds.

Just been to drive through, paid by card said ok thank you get to next window said payment not go through asked take my card so can enter again .Was not comfortable them taking my card so said drive round again staff rude . After having to insert card no problem payment goes through told by manger staff fault was not paying attention.No apology for rude staff but worst bit is by time got food it was coldPaul Crocker your staff here are no way as good as whitstable

Just been to drive through with baby, Waited 15 minutes for order. And the order was lost! The staff couldn't find my receipt. My baby started crying because of the long wait. Nightmare. I'm very disappointed.

Was there on Sunday around 10:30am so it's a bit quite and I did use the self service which was quick but did saw cars queueing up the drive through.No complain

Take there time so yes you will be waiting maybe a minute longer but once you get your food it I fresh as possible, the chips are crispy but not to much and in-between hot and medium so it is perfect to eat. One problem though that they have milk problems a lot but they haven't been open for a while since so hopefully it will be sorted soon but overall better McDonald's I've been too

Extremely poor service, waited 40 minutes for our order which was missing a drink and the coffee was stone cold after having been waiting on the side to be served. The branch was extremely understaffed as there only appeared to be 3 members of staff running orders to tables and to the collection window. No staff were available to clean tables or collect table service stands
