Ordered at the bar, sat down waited for our food, my burger arrived at a reasonable time and so did two soups that my grandparents ordered. Then my family started wait for for their food which consisted of four paninis. 30 minutes later we decided to ask the where about of the paninis, they completely forgot about it, so we sat back down and waited. 45 minutes later a waitress came over with two jacket potatoes!? No that's not right! So back she goes and a new waiter came over with two of the four paninis! Oh sorry I will have a look for the other two, said the waiter (forgetting the other two aswell!) They finally came and they said complementary puddings for you all! Food was ok, staff were friendly and apologetic, service was poor! We will not be returning, which is a shame as if the service had been excellent this could of been a great place to dine!

Always a friendly and pleasant experience, often visit here with friends and family for lunch and have always found the food to be on par with more expensive restaurants in Canterbury.
