New Chow's Garden in Canterbury

Disgusting food. Don't waste your money like I wasted mine. Gave the restaurant a call to give me a refund and take the food back but they declined. Feel robbed it's so unfair that you can't have any money back for inedible foods. £40 straight in the bin.

Still waiting after 2 hours for an order placed through, just eat, after the 3rd time of calling them and complaining was told if I have a problem to go and see them by the person on the phone. When asked for a refund after waiting 2 hours was told the boss who was apparently on his way an hour ago will be here in literally 2 min.. well 10 min later.. no boss no food and nothing but rude staff on the phone. Taking it up with Just Eat but read the reviews a place that was once good seems to be going downhill

I have used New Chow's Garden a few times now, as my usual Chinese was always engaged or hanging up. I was pleasantly surprised by their excellent service and delicious, fresh, well presented food. I can highly recommend them.

disgusting is an understatement, we ordered disappointing and embarrassing take away food ...a gray spring roll inside and smelly.I strongly advise against it, not even a refund would be enough for such a disappointing dinner

Best chinese in town, never been let down on a dish and consistant decent service. Don't go anywhere else

Admittedly i dont like chinese so much, however.I ordered a thai green curry and it was the worst choice ever.It wasn't even worth calling a tai green curry because it tasted like normal curry paste found at your local tescos, thrown in with long chicken breasts and half of the dish was raw white onion.Onion doesnt even exist in a tai curry of any sort.Im now having to pick out all the onion in the disgrace of a dish and put in bits of my own.My partner normally goes to this place and didnt want to go anywhere else and yet even he said they went crazy on the onion.100% wouldnt reccomend ANY main dishHowever, the rice dishes were beautiful and i couldnt fault them xxx

There's a few Chinese takeaways in Herne Bay and we didn't know which one to try. Glad we chose this one. Was lovely. Fresh, tasty and non greasy. Will definitely go back again!

Pleasantly surprised by the complete refurbishment to this place, which has made it much cleaner, and nicer. After trying a few dishes, I highly recommend their salt and chilli chicken, spicy Singapore noodle and Thai green curry. Delicious!

Horrific! Ordered lamb curry got beef. Chilli beef taste like fish. Chips where awful and soggy. Had to wait 1.5 hours for it to be delivered. Everything was freezing cold was not fresh at all! Have now seen the hygiene rating that explains a lot!! I would not recommend this to anyone! Even my dog refused it!!!

Ordered special egg foo Yong. .. got scrambled eggs and no other ingrediants. which when opened you could smell was off. Chips cooked like 3 times so over golden but rock hard inside. Curry sauce like water... no flavour. Won't order again.
