Papa John's Pizza in Canterbury

I love everything about Papa John's Pizza! The food is amazing and always arrives hot, service is quick (always get it delivered in 10-40 min), friendly delivery staff. We ate all the delivered items and forgot to take pics but it was all fantastic! Please note, I only request delivery so have not been in store although I see the restaurant when passing by

Very nice pizza and helpful staff… definitely recommend this place over all in Canterbury

Best pizza in town. Polite and friendly staff. Highly recommended

Just eat order. They do very good vegan pizza, cauliflower bites. Drivers are kind. They only thing is items missed and isn't customisable. I don't know how many olives I have to take off the pizza. Its a complete waste.

Avoid if you can. Order was delivered to the wrong address first and then when they tried a second time it was missing items. They can't offer a refund for their mistakes because of company policy. Poor customer policies unfortunately!

It was ready on time for collection and was piping hot and delicious. Always good quality pizza

I used to be a regular and this was my go-to pizza place in Canterbury. Good pizzas, arrived in good time with great range of vegan options and deals available. Would still recommend it but would be wary of anything you order that isn't in stock. I ordered a vegan ice cream; they called me and didn't have it stock and offered alternatives. None were vegan so declined. I was offered fizzy drinks instead. I declined as the deal already had some in it. My order arrived with fizzy I didn't ask for and they charged me full cost of the original order. I called them and asked for someone to pick it up. No one came. Papa John's customer service were "very concerned" and refunded me the £3.50. Never using this store again.

Professional service, very easy to use online platform. Pizzas come well done and on time. The special garlic sauce is really nice. Same with the garlic bread though it might be a little oily for some. All in all, best meal to order for those cold evenings when you're too knackered to cook and want some good ole cheesy pizza😊

Simply the best place to order pizza. All the staff are good looking and have sexy haircuts. The pizza is yummy and always delivered on time. I especially like the driver with ginger hair he's got a cheeky smile and reminds me of one of the inbetweeners.

Pizza took 50 minutes to arrive and was cold. The manager then forced me to choose between waiting half an hour for a new pizza whilst not being allowed to touch the one delivered (leaving us with no food for 30 minutes at a pre planned party) and a discount for another order.Avoid at all costs.
