Pizza Hut in Canterbury

Thank You to the staff and Chef and Management that clearly take pride and value their store and jobs.The Salad was 5 star and crunchy. The pizza and drinks the same.Thank You for making an elderly lady's Mother's Day lunch.This restaurant has Been Pizza Hut for 39 years and we hope it continues to thrive.

Unlike my childhood experience at Pizza Hut which was part of my nostalgia, I found my adulthood experience there forgettable; whilst I do like the meaty pizzas they still do, there are new changes that don't sit right with me: the menus are all digital on smartphones which my mother finds it so stressful to navigate through even with an internet connection and the ice cream factory toppings are not what they used to be anymore since I loved the Smarties and dolly mixtures I used to pour on my ice cream when I was smaller in the 2000s.It is my last visit there and I'm not impressed with Pizza Hut's corporate decisions. At least Domino's and other local Italian restaurants sell the best pizzas.

Popped in today for some lunch with a friend. we were instantly greeted with a big warm welcoming smile from amy. She showed us to our table and gave us a moment to choose. After choosing we popped up to get out pizza. I have mushroom allergies after I informed lou the manager I assume she and Amy were hot on the case on getting me something fresh and somthing I could eat. I felt the lou and Amy really appreciate there customers and go far and beyond for customer satisfaction. They are a real credit to your name and as a teem. Also the pizza was amazing and cooked to perfection hats off to the chef. I did not get his name but I would appreciate you passing this message to them to show my full appreciation and satisfaction. Thank you once again lou and Amy. =)

We visited the restaurant on 28th Feb, as we have a taste card which said we could use it there we asked the lady called Louise who was the manager, she showed us how to use it and brought us the code, later she came to see if everything had worked right She was excellant at her job, wish a few more places had managers like her, Thank You Louise.

Very mediocre. The manager is stern and unwelcoming, makes you want to leave the place straight away. Online ordering is a ridiculous idea, stay at home and order online! Food was ok, but only ok. With so much choice out there, there’s no way I’m going back.

Terrible. Walked out without ordering. Could not get on app, no WiFi, what's the point of it if it's a ball ache to use. Music too loud for mid-afternoon.Just an unpleasant place to be, sitting in the middle of an empty restaurant with loud music playing, trying (unsuccessfully) to order on-line.Staff were very nice and courteous though!

Rubbish, you have to order online inside the restaurant. Might as well go just eat. We were looking forward to a great pizza and no way of ordering.

Waited 5 minutes to be seated then for a further 10-15 minutes for food to be bought to our table. The selection on the buffet was veggie veggie or veggie so I asked staff if this was all that was available, they managed to get some carnivorous options out after about 10 minutes.The manager lady was running around trying hard to steer the ship, some of the staff appeared to be going against her efforts by not doing much at all.Cold pizza, little service not value for money at all

Went at the start of the month and had such a good experience! The waiter was so nice and helpful. You can order everything from your phone so no issue there. Only thing is i ordered the mac and cheese and it came in a dish half the size it was before. And i payed 10.30 for it. I didnt really care just a bit shocked. Otherwise amazing. And cookie dough is 👌

Excellent service, the staff were really kind and caring. Also really understanding. Lovely food, delicious. Gave out free starters and a free tray of nachos. Really good with government guidelines. Such a lovely place to visit.
