As a long term vegetarian I was disappointed that meat substitutes were used in the vegetarian calzone. I don't like the taste and smell of meat (pepperoni) which is why I'm vegetarian.Otherwise staff and ambience were excellent in the heart of this great city.

Very good food and allergy order was understood and taken care of. The Gluten Free Pizza was delivered on it's own nicely away from the meals containing Gluten. The service was great and a very nice atmosphere (lunch sitting)

A bit disappointing - been here a while ago and it was okay but went last week and it was a different story.I had the Chicken Alfredo Tagliatelle - very bland and unseasoned - even after salting and peppering it myself it just tasted like pasta with white sauce. The chicken in it was also seemingly the sort you get for sandwiches, flat, plonked in it and warmed up so didn't really have any flavor or mass. I left half of it as it made me feel a bit ill as it was so creamy but without any flavor. The other two people who were with me weren't blown away either - one had the Lasagna and it was very average and greasy - again lacking flavor and had clearly been microwaved. We also shared a Chicken & Roasted pepper pizza - the same sandwich chicken that was in my meal teamed with limp peppers and greasy cheese. It reminded me of when I have my young nieces around to do homemade pizza with bases from Asda - but they're slightly better to be honest!Mozzarella dippers and Olives were very good - but hard to get those wrong I suppose. £3 for the tiny little long dish of Olives you get is a bit cheeky as well.Glasses were a little dirty too it seemed. The staff seemed kind - I wasn't too bothered about complaining as we'd just driven 5 hours down the country and were starving and tired - but I did say it was very bland and he took the drinks off of our bill (and offered me a replacement - which I didn't take due to time) - so credit where credit is due.I had a Taste Card so we got 50% off - even then I still felt quite short changed given the quality of the food. Wouldn't come again - I expected more from a known name.

Had an amazing night for my daughter's 21st. Staff were fantastic, attentive, friendly, what a team. Food was lovely (photo is seabass which was so tasty) and for a big party all enjoyed every course. Would highly recommend going here and we'll certainly be going back... thanku to you all. A fantastic team x

Lovely old building in the centre of Canterbury. Part of the Prezzo chain (obviously) so, if you have been to one before, you know what to expect from the menu. The waitress was friendly and helpful and the food was served promptly. My wife asked for a little less spaghetti with her meatballs and this was delivered as requested. Not too busy on the night we went but it was out of season. even better value if you have the Meerkat's two for one offer on dishes (not the booze).

I’m downgrading from 4 to 3 stars after second visit at lunchtime with family. Between us we had pasta with arrabbiata sauce, risotto with shrimp and a personal pizza. Servers tried but seemed very young and inexperienced/ new. All in all food and service were adequate but unremarkable second time round. My first early dinner visit ( salmon yum) had really hit the spot so Prezzo is batting 50-50 so far. But I’ll be trying other places before returning for a tie break- Sorry!

This place is fab, the restaurant honoured a Christmas gift from 2019, the staff were amazing, so professional, attentive and friendly. The food was very good. Highly recommended 👍😁

A very enjoyable evening out with Family. We walked straight in (having booked) but was 15 minutes early. This wasn't an issue and we were greeted and seated with a smile and a warm welcome offering us sanitiser as we went to our table. Spacing due to the global pandemic was very good and well done. The sever was attentive throughout our meal without being over the top. Drinks orders were taken which we waited around 5 - 10 minutes for. On arrival of the drinks the orders were taken. Food was served fairly promptly. The food itself was of a very good quality and all enjoyed. Plenty to choose from for the fussy eaters. We were asked on arrival if anyone has an allergy, (my Mum has a nut allergy). What is a first that I have seen in any restaurant was a separate menu detailing all the ingredients of which my Mum was very pleased about. Great move Prezzo! The reason for 4 stars rather than 5... They have three items only on the desert menu, (we also asked to make sure). After all their efforts beforehand, these three deserts all contain nuts. So they don't cater for people who can't eat nuts in their final course. Great shame. Even a selection of ice creams would have done it, but unfortunately no.That said, this in itself wouldn't stop us going back again in the future.
