Prezzo - Whitstable in Canterbury

Really disappointing. Just ate a takeaway, not wanting to cook on Mother’s Day and thought we’d have a treat. Whilst appreciating the cost of everything is going up, I have to say the meal I had was ridiculously small. For 16.00, a chicken breast, in sauce, which was acceptable, but all that came with it was literally 3 skinny pieces of broccoli and the potato to was so finely sliced, which in itself is tasty, but the portion I would estimate amounted to approx 2 new potatoes. Barely the size of a kids meal. Very upset. Won’t be going here again. Need a little value for money. Sorry, no photo, as I was starving, but sadly I could still eat more! Plus an incomplete order - no pesto dip, which was part of a starter. Dry calamari is not quite the same!

We have been here a few times now since the new management and the last Nutter left. And I can’t wait to make this our regular again. We went here for my daughters birthday and again the following week with just the kids and the service was great. Heidi especially was amazing and very accommodating. Glad it’s finally changed management

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, our meals where quickly served. We enjoyed our meal's very much.

Food nice. Service OK.Joined mailing list to get voucher for free bottle of Prossecco on a £30 spend. Choice to have 2 free desserts or bottle of house wine instead of prossecco. Showed server discount at time of ordering prossecco. Staff change so showed again when asking for bill. £12.50 deducted, (2 dessert cost not prossecco cost of £24.95). Queried and told by server they get no choice on discount. Returned and scanned code again, reduction correct because this time correct discount was chosen by server ... watch your bills!2nd visit to this Prezzo within 4 days. Shows the place is variable because service slower this visit. Table paying as we were seated had an issue of some kind and asked for discount. They got 25% off.

Finn is a natural front line retail professional and will go far with Prezzo so long as they hang on to him. Superb meal and service.

What an absolutely brilliant place! The staff were so chatty, Personable and they all had great senses of humour during our jokes for my father's 70th Birthday. This restaurant does the chain proud.

My experiences at Prezzo have been pleasant - attentive, friendly staff, the choices on offer are decent.The food has always been good without being remarkable & the kids always enjoy their selections.As expected from a chain restaurant - a decent option especially since Pizza Express departed.

Really lovely food drinks are always good. Staff were friendly Only one moan. The front door doesn't close properly. So it was cold nr the door,theres no handle outside to shut it. Apart from that very nice.
