Great place to eat. We were going to a show at the Marlow so it was handy to eat at Zizzi's first. Food tasty, price good, service great. Only one niggle, no gluten free menu! You are given a large folder to work it out for yourself! Also you can't add or take anything away from your order. For example if you order a gluten free pizza & it has mushrooms on, you can't ask for 'no mushrooms'. Very strange, because you can get this on any other order, just not gluten free! Spoke to manager, who was lovely, but he said it was a Head Office decision & they weren't allowed to change it. Shame, because the overall experience was good.

I don't know what their food is like because we never even got to the door, but their customer service is awful. I made a reservation a week in advance and two hours before we were due to turn up, they cancelled it because they could no longer accomodate the two wheelchairs in our party (the restaurant is listed as wheelchair accessible) and that they no longer served the gluten-free and vegan menus (these were listed previously on their website, and still are!).

A nice friendly atmosphere, good food and helpful staff, can't wait for our next visit.

Visited on Valentine's day with my wife and kids. Very welcoming reception on arrival with friendly staff in a characterful historic building. Great Rustica pizzas (had the posh egg & bacon) and tasty pasta dishes. My wife had the avo ceasar salad which was also very good. The primitivo organic wine was excellent. There is also a garden in the summer.

The food was excellent. We had a buyagift voucher for my partners birthday. Why do we feel like the poor relations for using a birthday gift? Could hear the staff speaking Italian with the words 'buyagift' thrown in. Having said that the food was very good.

Lovely atmosphere, nice staff, food was great, small vegan selection but enough to have a variety to choose from. Toilets weren't to nice and no toilet paper in either women's toilets and told the staff and they didn't seem to do anything about it while still there so had to use hand towels

A really lovely restaurant. Fabulous interior, with lots of history to it. Great food & good for families or groups.

Really enjoyed my Rustic Artissan pizza. My wife had a Vegan dish. Staff was super friendly. You can place orders from your table using an app and pay whether you are ready. Nice atmosphere indoors and outdoors seating.

A perfect evening out.Social distancing was observed throughout and we were offered sanitiser on arrival.Staff were very friendly, professional and attentive without being annoying. This was first class service.Each table (in the current climate) has 90 minutes to eat which is fair and ample.Food was served promptly but with enough time between courses. The food itself was excellent.5 starts for making a perfect evening for us - Thank You!
