Not best best chips I’ve had.

Had very good fish and chips.

Ordered food via just eat, food came on time but was very greasy and missing food that we had ordered. I tried to phone up to ask about the missing food but they would not answer.

What a find, fresh fish & chips cooked while you wait., crisp light golden batter on the fish, quick friendly service. 10 out of 10 for taste. You have to try this place

It’s not the worst I’ve had! It’s definitely not good food. The fish was pretty bad and not very fresh at all. The batter was not good and was just a mush. Plus, it was all cold and stuck to the cardboard box.

Nice chips not too greasy, the buttered rolls were warmer than the curry sauce sadly. Customer service could be friendlier.

Cod and chips were nice, only downside was we ordered 4 cod&chips and were given 3 cod&chips and 1 pie&chips

Ordered a delivery at 6.20pm on a Friday. Food turned up 45 minutes late (1 hrs 40min total at just after 8pm). When it arrived all the chips were wet and steamed from being sat in the bag for so long. They were luke warm at best.The fish (cod) was inedible, what should have been a nice big crispy hot cod was infact a tiny, majorly overcooked, cold scrap which had been throw around in the box and its batter fallen off. I've attached a photo of this.I phoned to ask if there was any chance of maybe swapping the fish but didn't get that far. After the phone was picked up they asked my address, after telling them, they instantly put the phone down on the counter and left me on a call by myself. They knew the food they sent was awful and the phone was then off the hook until closing at 9.30pm.I can forgive and understand being busy on a wet Friday night but the sheer lack of service and procedure to just ignore phone calls has no excuse.If you want to order from here, I recommend doing so on a quiet weekday (the food is usually great), but a weekend is an absolute lottery in terms of waiting times, food quality and customer service.

The food is amazing. We popped in on way home on the off-chance. It was an order for 3 adults and 5 kids. Originally we we needed 5 bags of chips but the gent behind the bar suggested we ordered a super bag of chips as this was bigger and better value for money. So we went for thaf and 8 sausage and batter and a few drinks. I was expecting it to be a bomb!! This was well priced!! The food was fresh and tasted really good. The staff are really friendly and helpful. So if your hungry and passing by this shop please pop in and get some.

I had a Haddock & Chips. Was prepared freshly and didn’t take too long. Tasted great! A good potion size for me, was stuffed! Would definitely have again.
