Excellent Chicken Tikka Biryani!Excellent! Got a Chicken Tikka Biryani and it tasted just perfect. You can taste the different flavours, rice cooked to perfection and the chicken succulent. Huge portion and nicely priced. Definitely the best Indian in the Whitstable area I have tried so far. Keep it up Shobab!

Such a shame as took 2 hours to deliver! Had to call to find out where our food was after 1 hour and 30mins and was told it would be another 30mins! Makes me think they forgot!

If your prepared too be lied to about delivery times,prepared too call back after a few hours, prepared to be taken for a muppet the food really isn’t to bad

Ordered a takeaway and was told 45 minutes…called after an hour and a half and was told it was a big order (for 4 people of 1 dish each) so would be another 25 minutes…after another 50 minutes and over 2 hour wait from when we ordered was told it would 20 minutes more. I explained the situation and previous conversations to be told they could do it in 10 and that it was because I had spoken to their colleague that we’d been told sooner…just not ok. I appreciate places are busy but don’t appreciate being lied to.

Lovely takeaway for our family of four. Spicy and tasty Madras, pathia, and dansak. Juicy lamb and chicken and a lovely paneer. Smoky tarka dhal and fragrant pilau rice. All hot, fresh and good portions. We loved it.

Having moved to Whitstable from London, finding a first rate curry house had proved elusive until I discovered Krishna. Krishna on Old Bridge Road held that title until it closed permanently during lockdown.Sadly, I have yet to sample another curry within this locality which mirrors Krishna.Shobab were very quick to deliver the order - surprising quick which raised questions & concerns, especially for a Saturday evening. It was an adequate curry at best with no “wow factor”. If you want a no frills, ultra quick takeaway then Shobab may meet your requirements.Portion wise, I was disappointed, especially with the Chicken Balti which formed part of my order.Having an exceptional curry house in Whitstable would be fantastic for the area. I’m hoping all relevant owners see an opportunity and raise their game.

Had a takeaway on Tuesday eve , great customer service over the phone and delivery was great But the food was so disappointing nice flavoured sauce but barely any chicken/ prawns the onion bharghy was so dry and all the food was lukewarm , I’m so sorry for leaving such negative feed back , we was so looking forward too a Curry , but not here anymore . Ps quite expensive for what you get £40 , such a shame

One of the best Indian meals I’ve had. Our group of 4 all enjoyed the food, great balance of flavours and spices.

Updated 2019: tonight was amazing curry thank you.2018: Good curry, friendly atmosphere. Good for takeaways. Pretty quiet in the week but expect to book for the weekends. No parking structure, but there's parking in near by designated parking areas.
