Lovely pub with a great selection of beer and a fine vegan sharing platter to be enjoyed in front of a wood fire... a wonderful refuge on a cold day .... thank you for a wonderful lunch!!!

A nice central place to grab a drink and watch sports. Inside and outside seating on the main high street. Unfortunately food took a long time and was burnt when it came out, the steak pie if not burnt would have been very good. The cow motif on the pie is a nice touch

The moment I walked in I came into such a warm environment with really friendly staff. Staff members was so lovely making sure I had such a good lunch and had a very good chat with all of them. It honestly felt like I was part of the family and I will definitely come here again! Brilliant lunch, they make the best burgers I could ever have asked for!! I had the best burger ever!! Highly recommend coming here for lunch. For a price of £9 for a sweet chilli burger and chips, it is the best lunch I have had in such a long time. Favourite part here was the most comfiest atmosphere I could ever ask for.

Stopped for a drink while we waiting for something up the road. Had a Guinness which was ok if a tad too cold. Partner had a double pink gin and lemonade to which the barmaid put far too much lemonade in a simple eye contact and a nod would of solved this while serving.Overall a nice place and very on point staff.

Visited Feb. 9 2019. Lovely little spot for a quick meal. Had the fish and chips with mashed peas.

Super food and drinks at a good price would definitely recommend.

Small City Centre pub, with basic bar food, and Shepheard Neame beers. Nice & cosy
