Gorgeous Sunday lunch.Food super tasty and Pub lovely and warm. The pork cheek was to die for and the horse radish sauce was delicious.We left absolutely stuffed and satisfied. Would highly recommend!

Just enjoyed a fabulous meal (5 people). Dog friendly restaurant. Can highly recommend banana parfait for afters. Brilliant service. Lovely evening, thank you.

Great beer, great food and great staff. Sunday roast's have been very good, only the roast chicken ones have been a let down, as the meat was dry both times. Otherwise, pork and lamb were great. Also the pork sharer board is amazing.Lovely atmosphere overall.

Went in on off chance. Tablets where all booked. But staff said if we can eat in an hour & 45 minutes she happy for us to eat. We did. Staff extremely helpful & welcoming. Food hot & good. Thanks for the service.

What a midweek treat - a glorious Wednesday evening, last night for us all x 4. Delicious food and plenty of it. Nice atmosphere and clean environment, staff most warm and welcoming!! Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

We made a chance stop to try and get a Sunday roast and how lucky we were.They managed to accommodate us four adults and even the dog! We weren't disappointed, it had to be one of the biggest and best roasts ever. Between us, we had the lamb, chicken and pork accompanied by stacks of fresh tasty vegetables, topped of by an enormous Yorkshire pud!We struggled to eat all of it as they were huge. The Curious IPA beer was a great accompaniment with the roast.So, if you're looking for a fantastic roast in a place with friendly helpful staff and fig friendly, then the Curious Cat is the place to go. Even the dogs get a treat and fresh water!

Great Sunday lunch! The service was very welcoming and we had a lovely seat opposite the bar. We had the cheesy garlic bread to start which was delicious accompanied by a lovely Merlot recommended to us which we were able to sample first. We then had the roast chicken and roast beef. Very generous portions and extra gravy arrived very quickly. The pub is great and hopefully we will be back soon

Delicious Roast dinner!We were recommended this gem of a pub from a friend. The staff were excellent in welcoming us in and we were lucky enough to be seated in the best seat in the house. Our waitress recommended a lovely bottle of Merlot. We had roast beef and roast chicken with all the trimmings, both were delicious 😋 the gravy really made it but all the elements were fantastic. We can’t wait to come back and are doing our bit in Recommending to all our friends!
