A sunny Tuesday lunchtime in March and the place was almost full! I had 6 oysters, half pint of prawns and a pint of Sundowner. Delicious and very fresh. Ordering on app worked for me. Staff seemed pleasant and were clearing tables efficiently. I don’t think I’d come on summer weekends as the atmosphere would be noisy and rushed and I don’t like eating expensive food out of cardboard/plastic! Perfect winter time place. Recommend

Visited for lunch today hoping for a nice meal and some oysters and boy did they deliver. Ordered the gluten free cod and chips and just wow the batter was super crispy the fish inside was tender and flaky it was just all round stunning. The oysters we ordered were amazingly fresh and refreshing, wonderful little salty bites that melt in your mouth. The accompanying toppings just made the flavour pop. All round amazing experience lovely welcoming staff, clean and open dining area with a sea view! Cannot wait to go back!

Been wanting to eat here for a long while and boy was it worth the wait! There is no booking system, just turn up and queue. We arrived at about 2pm on a Saturday in February and still queued for an hour, luckily it was sunny.Ordered the large platter to share and also half a lobster with chilli and chorizo which came with chips. Everything was beautiful and fresh and tasted out of this world. It was very busy but the staff were friendly and let us know that food would be an hour from the point of ordering. Ordering is via and app which I generally dislike but in this situation it worked. Drinks came quickly and food wasn't as long as we'd been told.Absolutely can't wait to come back again.

Delicious oysters, specially the wild native. Nice view, nice staffs, nice place for a casual dining. Too busy on Sundays, it took 45mins for the mains.

Nice views, warm atmosphere, hot fireplace which is amazing when it is so cold outside. But the waitress who was serving me coffee accidentally spilled it out, said sorry and run away... Without offering me tissues or another coffee. Food overall was pleasant. But "Caffe and walnut cake" should have a different name like a "walnut and coffee cake" because I thought I ordered cake with coffee.

The food was AMAZING. I had the fried oyster po'boy and the oyster stout which I think may be one of the best meals I've had in 2021. The venue is beautiful with live music and the most amazing sunset light passing through the restaurant. Prices were really reasonable too.The only down side was that you could only order on the app and they wouldn't take orders at the bar. It was okay for us once we worked out the app name but may be a problem for people who don't have a smart phone etc. Will definitely be back :)

Very true to its name its not a place for fine dining but it is if you you want some of the finest lobster or oysters. Also gave the place a nice easy going feel.Nice sea views from inside the shack but even better from their plentiful outdoor seating.Still using an online system for ordering, not taking any cash at all so be sure to order everything in one go because it includes a small but still annoying 'online fee' which will add up if you make multiple orders.Had some meals on the menu for those who don't like seafood so everyone can go without complaining about options.Very authentic surroundings with a beach purely of oyster shells & areas that I think workers were harvesting the oysters.

We came for an early lunch and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Ordered everything through the app which was nice and easy. View was really gorgeous. Unfortunately the food was a let down, the half lobster was quite expensive for a very small portion and the fish in the fish and chips was overcooked and tasted almost burnt. Sad as the setting was so lovely and we had high expectations!

We ordered cod (fresh) with chips. The cod was delicious prepared and was soft as warm/melted butter. Perfect choice.Ordering via an app is cumbersome and frustrating, as for foreigners the app is not available (for them) in the play store. You can only pay by card, cash is not accepted, and PIN is also not possible for foreign bank cards...... even a standard bankcard can't be entered......so I've ended up to use my credit card.

We were excited to come here but after waiting in line the experience was not great. The seafood platter was mostly shrimps, no whelks as advertised, not even served with lemon. Service is robotic, through an impersonal app and poor interaction with waiter. The wastage of packaging is shocking, so much plastics! How can one serve produce of the sea using so much plastics knowing it will not sustain the commerce of seafood. Produce are fresh and the view beautiful. Pretty average unfortunately.
