CAMRA pub of the year! Hidden gem of Canterbury. 7 real ales, various ciders and whiskeys and traditional pub feel. Friendly local off the beaten track. Log fire, dog friendly. What's not to like? Well worth a visit.

Just a great old fashioned pub. Staff are nice, owner is lovely and there's just a great atmosphere of locals

Nice cosy pub, warm welcome as you walk through the door. Opens up a bit more to the back and a really lovely little garden. Strong selection on tap and good local brewed alcohol options. Would definitely recommend.

Nice little pub. Good beer and ale selection. Lots of Gin also but it’s a shame as there’s hardly any mixers and the Bar maid doesn’t really know much about Gin or how to make them.Would I go again… maybe.

Very good pub and great selection of real ale, you have to visit.

Lovely old fashioned local with 4 real ales on last orders on Friday night. 3 had just finished too. Friendly landlord & locals. Slightly off the beaten track of the town centre but definitely worth the effort.

Excellent pub, multi award winning. Great selection of ales, ever changing. 20 gins, 20 whiskeys . August Bank Holiday beer festival which is ALWAYS well worth several visits

My fave pub in Canterbury. Just like visiting someone's home. Quaint and cosy with pleasing decor and a fab garden. Very pleasant and welcoming staff with lovely landlady, don't wander around Canterbury all day looking for a great pub, just go there and have a lovely time.

The New Inn is probabley the best pub in Canterbury right now. Seven (7) real ale pumps, craft beer and quality lagers. Don't let the limited parking put you off this is a place to visit, great beer garden, very good vibe. I'm currently recommending Bibble and Otter's Tears.

Great little back street pub just minutes from the centre of town. Good selection of well kept beer. Friendly barkeep happy to chat about ale. Well worth seeking out if you love your pint. Drinking is an expensive sport... don't settle for rubbish! 😉
