Fabulous, can't wait to repeat this wonderful experience. Pub is geogeous, food is tasty and well presented by lovely staff. Only ale available was Spitfire but well kept and tasted fresh. English gastropub at its best.

Steak and Mushroom pie and a liver& bacon all served with Mash and vegetables....lovely!! Absolutely just what we needed on a wet monday lunchtime.... Recommended as ever.. Thanks

Second visit and remembered by the waiter, Sunday Roast was excellent and the Tomato and beetroot soup fantastic.

It was a lovely sunny day, so we sat outside in the sheltered garden. Food, as always, was excellent! The staff worked hard to ensure that everyone was served as quickly as possible! Will definitely be back!

My Partner and I stopped by on Saturday as we was driving home and hungry. We absolutely loved it in here. Very warm and welcoming. Food was amazing and although we are nearly 50miles away we will be returning. Thank you all so much for a brilliant meal and look forward to seeing you soon!! Photo is of the bread starter but I was too busy eating to take photos of the rest!

Quiet winter's evening, but the welcome and service were heart warming.Soup of day was very tasty and the sourdough bread tasty and moist. Obviously the chef knows his job. We await the main course with pleasurable anticipation

Party of 4 of us went on a Wednesday night. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was fabulous too. My only issue was the lack of parking. There is a carpark with a capacity for about 10 cars but this was full so had to park on narrow country lane

Went for a meal at The Prince of Walea Hoath tonight , a great meal and had to write this review as when we left the lady who brought us our food , ran out and gave me my glasses which must have fell out of my jacket pocket . What a lovely honest beautiful lady to do this . A credit to the pub . Thank you so much . I owe you a drink next time we visit .

I thought this would be run of the meal pub grub but I was very pleasantly surprised. Delicious food, portion size good, good music/ambience, very friendly staff, dog friendly. Wonderful, would certainly recommend. Some lovely walks nearby.

My own experience has been great, from the kind friendly attentive staff, to the big selection of beers, not forgetting the delightful tasting food. Definitely will be going again.
