Toast in Canterbury

Friendly staff, good prices, and big servings. Nice central place to stop in for a decent English breakfast.

Highly recommended if you're coming into Canterbury.The food was exceptionally well cooked and wasn't greasy and the price was exceptionally reasonable.The staff were exceptionally friendly.

My friend and I had a delicious meal in my cafe today.Unfortunately my friend was taken I'll (nothing to do with the food). The staff were absolutely wonderful, calling for an ambulance. The took care if me and my friend,I cannot thank them enough.The food was delicious too.We will go back every time we are in Canterbury, if they'll let us in.Thank you all and to the wonderful ambulance crew Craig and Jess.

Pleasant friendly atmosphere, it's cafe food at a reasonable price. Food tasted and looked good. It was very busy, many people appeared to be regulars. Wheelchair access difficult as it's an old building, and toilets are upstairs. There are tables outside which can used.There are a number of very old buildings at that end of the city built prior to the disability act.

Popped in for a couple of hot drinks only. Table service was very good. Noticed that the food prices are very reasonable. Ideal for people on a fixed budget.

Today I had the most beautiful chicken salad. The salad was consistent and there was a really generous portion of each item,the chicken was so tasty. Most definitely the best chicken salad (Well best salad) I’ve had. I can’t wait to go back and have another 😋 The staff were also very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars from me. You can make your own breakfasts and it's even cheaper than a regular one! I love this option, it's nice to know I'm choosing everything on my plate and I know I'll enjoy it. Their hot chocolates are proper as well, no powder or syrupy texture! The staff seemed to know everyone and it was super friendly

Excellent from start to finish, was busy today but was warmly welcomed and our drinks order was taken, after browsing the menu we chose our food and our order was taken. coffee arrived and was very hot and tasted great, food was quickly served and was equally as good as the coffee. whole place was clean and staff were superb. I would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone. ( and I'm a fussy old git )! well done guys :)

Visited today everything about this little cafe was A star. The staff were welcoming. The cafe was very clean and bright. Brilliant clear and extensive menu. The food. We just had breakfasts and they were really really nice and served hot. We paid £23 for 3 good sized breakfasts and drinks which was also a plus point. Thank you. We will be back. In fact one of my daughters returned for dinner today to.

Friendly staff and good tasting food. Nice place to get breakfast and its on the high street. Do visit if you're around.
