Waitrose Cafe in Canterbury

They seem to have the edge on other supermarkets, fresh fruit & vegetables plus loads more.

I was able to get most of what I wanted...nectarines disappointing, considering that you pay top dollar. Vanessa on till was lovely and even offered to let me have some of her cloves (out of stock) if I could pop back next day. Above and beyond. Should be Managing the store!

Nice store. Well stocked with staff who are always helpful. Underground car park a bit tight but free for 1.5 hours. Stock levels can be a bit hit and miss, but generally pretty good.

We, my friends and I, went to the café. The food was lovely, especially the spicey chicken soup. We were served by Ben, nothing was too much trouble for him. He and his colleagues were warm, welcoming and helpful. Definitely returning!

Well marchandised store, tidy and clean, quick service.

I remember this used to be Safeway 20 years ago. Popped in here to get some food for my long drive home. Lovely store, lots of homeware, a small range of clothing, Christmas items in stock (decorations, ornaments, food, wrapping paper). Store has toilets and a cafe.

Not a huge supermarket so don’t expect to get everything here. But it has some great quality products, and a good selection of household goods, toys, etc. Great range of interesting food and drink you can’t get elsewhere. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Parking in the basement is plentiful and means you don’t get wet on rainy days. In store collection for John Lewis products.
