Lovely accommodating staff! Took my aunt her for lunch today, she can’t eat several things but the kitchen were brilliant and made her meal without the items she couldn’t eat but not losing the flavour of the dish! My OH and I had the salmon and king prawn skewers, delicious and cooked perfectly. Staff are so lovely! Thank you again for a lovely lunch, by the sea.

I visited with friends with young children and had a lovely weekend lunch, with helpful friendly service and generous portions.I was particularly impressed with the care taken and assistance provided regarding allergens, with a full detailed menu provided and plates clearly labelled on arrival. Thank you!

Zizzi in Whitstable. This one’s a credit to the chain.Great seaside setting and nestled amongst some excellent pubs.Eaten here multiple times and never had a bad meal. Can get busy at peak times, so be sure to book ahead in the summer.Calzone and soul breads a must. Ask for three garlic butters. 😎

Went to this Zizzi after a bad experience at the Bluewater restaurant and the difference was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I have a wheat allergy and they took extra care to ensure that everything was safe to eat evening bringing out extra gluten free pasta chips whilst my fiancé eat his starter. The food was amazing and they brought us our own heater as it was a cold day to make sure we stayed warm. 10/10 love this branch. Very attentive and made our experience extra special.

Delicious food in generous portions. Quite a wait as very busy but great if you have time to relax and enjoy. The sharing smores pudding is a highlight.

We ordered Calzone Pollo Spinaci without knowing it had prosciutto. The staff were so understanding offered to change it or refund us although it was our fault. Food was also good. I recommend this place.

Having been let down by another Italian restaurant we headed to Zizzi's. We were meet at the door by the Manager Gareth, we explained the situation and that we had a Buy a gift voucher that friends had brought us and today was our wedding anniversary. Gareth showed us to a table and set about sorting everything out, unable to download the voucher due to bad Wifi. Gareth then said that our 3-course lunch and wine would be complementary as an anniversary gift. What a lovely generous man. The food was amazing and we were so full we couldn't eat dessert, but he said he would pick a dessert for each of us, with nibbles to eat on the beach as a takeaway. He really did go the extra mile for our anniversary. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful but I can honestly say Gareth went above and beyond and is genuinely a lovely man.I would like to say thank you to Gareth and Zizzi's we will definitely be back for more amazing food and to see all you lovely people.

Staff were welcoming and attentive. Our meal was amazing! For the first time ever, I couldn't finish my (prawn and salami) pizza, it was huge. Great value, courtesy of Tesco Clubcard and our server Anna was brilliant! So friendly and professional.
