Bicester Burger King in Cherwell

Badly cooked and SMELLED like petrol. It's a valid point that is made in the reply from the owner though. I haven't tasted petrol, apart from eating at this particular Burger King. That's the closest I have come to eating petrol and I won't be making that mistake again. Although the staff in the restaurant seemed to be very hard working it is obvious from the reply of the owner and the quality levels of Burger King in general these days that this is a declining franchise. Shame really.

Last Burger King ever for me. Having not had one in a long while I thought of having it today. The burger patties were ok if not too smoky. The chips were not good at all: stale, hard and lacking in any flavour. The onion in the burger was very chewy and the bun dry and cold. The whole thing was a let down and I suspect this is one of the better shops.

For a place that don't sell halal meat products, they have a really nice vegan whopper which is filling and tastes very similar to meat. Very good alternative for the Muslim community as this would be halal since everything in the vegan menu is cooked and handled separately from non vegan products.

Plant based whopper and chips was cold, as if they’d been sitting around for hours. The food may have been tasty had it been hot, but I’ll never eat food from here again due to this disappointment, so will never find out.

Used to be a big fan of burger king, but not anymoreJust been to the new store in Bicester and just been served freezing cold burgers.Double Bacon Burger and two Bacon Cheese Burgers, which were all stone cold.Went to speak to staff member, but was told that's how we cook them, and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked for my money back and wanted to return the sub standard poorly cooked product.The bun is toasted and burger was luke warm, with four small slices of freezing cold bacon and two slices of cold cheese on a lukewarm burger and bun this is Bicester Burger King's recipe for an absolutely appalling burger.If they are looking to take market share off McDonald's they are going the wrong way.I am sure there is significant investment that has been made for this new store is not coming to fruition. As it never looks busy.I will never use it again and I should have taken heed of all of the reviews and not bothered to use their drive-through. Extremely disappointed with the product and extremely disappointed with the service.I have searched the Internet to try and find a picture of a Burger King burger with cold bacon on it, which I was told was the standard of Burger King by the member of the team, and couldn't find one all the photographs show warm bacon melted cheese on a meat patty with a toasted bun.Burger King claim the secret of the burger is that it is cooked fresh, just so disappointed, I would suggest if you need a burger make your own at home.

I absolutely love burger king, but this place is disgusting! Staff are ignorant and rude, food was stone cold (I've been here twice and both times the bacon were as if they hadn't been cooked), forgot different parts of the order then messed up the remake and it was cold! Honestly couldn't advise people to stay away from this place more!

Visited her whilst out of town. Ordered for two whilst eating in. Hollie the shift manager was brilliant. Very helpful and commited to providing a good service toe myself and other customers. People like this make the place more welcoming.

Place was dirty, floor a mess and tables not cleared. Only two tables occupied and plenty of staff stood around that could have been tidying up. Food was tasty enough but could have been warmer. Also the order could have been more accurate. Burger not customised as requested.

It took a bit of time to get my meal I understand that they make the plant based burgers fresh and I ordered haloumi fries all were cold not hot and one if the 3 plant burgers was quite burnt so returned where they made a fresh one. The staff were helpful
