Bicester Kebab and Pizza House in Cherwell

Below average kebab. I ordered chicken doner kebab and the taste was blant, didnt expected that as previously they were decent. I could tell even the chilli and garlic mayo sauces were also tasteless. May be the quality has gone down since pandemic. Will be giving other kebabs places a try. Normally I don't put out negative review but I hope that the owner/cooks can get their food back to its best.

Where do I start?After being advised not to order food this place ,I decided to give it a try and regret it!1 kebab was so salty and dripping in fat ,the bread was so stodgy .the other was covered in that much chilli sauce ,it was unedabale, the pizza was burned, I ordered a margerita and I got a burnt cheese garlic bread.The cheese chips cold and soggy.Not impressed for £30..what a waste of money!!!

Absolutely the best Kebabs in Bicester. Our family all enjoy our Saturday night takeaway!!

Where to start!Food took around 1 hour 20 minutes before it arrived at the door, Upon opening the food up was met with cold meat and what looked like salad well looked like it was at one point salad before it went bad.Phoned the establishment to be finally transferred over to the apparent manager, Let’s just say the food was as bad as his attitude..You wouldn’t want this (manager) being front of shop in any establishmentRude, Ignorant, Abusive think he must of flipped a chip on his shoulder by accident

Excellent food, great lads, but my god the take-away service is so unreliable. I understand they get busy, but to be told 45 minutes, then waiting 1 hour 20. Only got 4 stars because the food is so good.

Can’t fault the food or the people. But delivery has slowly started to decline over the last few occasions. What used to be around 40/50 minutes, has since increased to around 1hr 40 minutes, or (2 hours in this evenings case). Would highly suggest collection, unless you don’t mind the wait.

OMG what a service and what an absolute careless managemant... an other day they have received a negative review and have banned our home broadband IP address so we will not be able to comment in the future... do you guys all right? Do you think a food service is works like this? Take the compliment and learn from the negative comments so you will be better in the future..... what you are doing is really disgusting and I am surprised that you stull have orders from peoples ....be ashamed

An utterly brilliant kebab each time. When I moved up here from London I was a bit worried, as there's certainly no good curry, so what chance did I have with kebab?!Ended up as the least of my worries for kebab, as these guys are amazing! Great service, nice portions, great fried chicken (to correct the clearly drunk woman who posted on here recently and went on a ramble), and a kebab you can eat sober and enjoy.Totally spot on! Lovely!

Delicious and great Turkish food and pizza. You need to ask for which is halal or not. As they also serve the non-halal.You can't dine but only take away or for grab.If you happen to be near/in Bicester. Should try their food.
