Brewers Fayre in Cherwell

I wasn't very happy with the service on this occasion as we ordered four starters out of the party of six they bought the starters and three mains which meant one had starter and main which we sent back the other two were eating there mains while the rest were eating there starters, I always thought you bought all the starters and then all the mains so you were all eating together, with the same starters or mains, as by the time we had finished our starters, to start our main the mains the other two had, had nearly finished. The food was lovely sorry the service was not so good.

Came here for a family lunch on Saturday. All 8 of us enjoyed our meals. Good portions, great price and fabulous staff. No complaints. Will definitely be back!

Service was fantastic, all the staff were very friendly the food on the other hand wasn't brilliant. It was edible but some parts had sat under a heat lamp far too long and dried out, strange really seeing as there seemed to be plenty of staff available.I suspect the issue is closer related to the cook not really understanding short order and therefore a mixed grill was beyond their capabilities, I may try again.

Family restaurant good value. So looking forward to the new spring menu. For new options. Current menu a bit same old same old. . But I really enjoyed the cottage Pie .and lovely jug of gravy

Fantastic breakfast deal. £9.50 for all you can eat cooked breakfast. Premium quality food. Also includes all you can eat from the Continental Breakfast selection & as much tea / Coffee & fruit juice as you want. Bargain! Check it out!

Booked here for a family birthday meal. Staff we're absolutely fantastic from start to finish, they couldn't do enough. Thoroughly enjoyable meal, good timings between the meals. Very good, and bluelight discount was applied.

Very disappointing dinner. On arrival quite a few things on the menu were not available. When I went to order at the bar there were no refillable drinks, no juices and only about three soft drinks available in bottles. Scampi was so greasy, the peas were almost grey in colour and most of the staff were rude and the service was chaos. Only went there as I was staying locally and it was convenient. Never again

Popped in for late lunch after visiting bicester village. Friendly staff on arrival. We had the 2 meals for £8.99. Hunters chicken was lovely. Wife had the curry. Abit watery but overall tasted good. Would eat here again.

First time visit today as was in the local area.Nice big car park. You do have to enter your details on the keypad as you enter the pub and they give you up to 3 Hours of free parking. Nice clean pub and Covid rules adhered to. Hand sanitiser at the entrance and they keep the fire doors open to allow fresh air circulate. Friendly polite and attentive staff. Food is reasonably priced and the 2 mealsFor £8.99 are a bargain! Nice clean toilets upstairs. Recommend this place if your in the area or stopping near by at the hotel.

Came here for my evening meals while working away with work as I was staying in a hotel not too far away. The staff were very friendly and each meal was very nice and arrived in good time. Very reasonably priced for what I had made bettercas they were running a voucher scheme at the same time so saved money every night.
