Burger King in Cherwell

This place is absolutely rank rotten , last time I spend any money here .

Friday evening at the end of half term, and place was packed. Took ages queueing before able to order food, at a screen which countless people had touched previously. No sign of anyone wiping screens or surfaces between customers. Food then took HALF AN HOUR to be served, due to number of people ordering... Food was OK, nothing special.

Reasonably priced for a service station Burger king, the food was pretty delicious.

Great burgers but motorway services prices are a rip off

I thought McDonald's breakfasts were bad.Ordering on a screen all OK easy to follow, wait was not to long and young lady who served me was lovely.So that's the good bit, and what the stars are for.Then it all goes downhill fast from there.The burger in the breakfast roll was colder then the bottle of water I was served.The hash browns were under cooked, soggy and cold.Did you cook the bacon I a kettle on a radiator or with a hair dryer??? Not sure which method you use, but most people use a grill or an oven.First and last time I come to Burger King fir breakfast, should of gone to Greggs.

disgusting??? this is the first time i’ve left a review on something and the first time i’ve been to burger king. will not be going back. we used the screens to order and although we were later told none of them worked, whilst we went and ordered on the screens none of the workers thought to let us know it would be better to order at the counter. when we did, we order three small meals and it came to over £20. not to mention the only coffee they have available is “coffee” which they later tell us is just a black americano. the portions are minature and not even good?? yall just wait until the mcdonald’s thirty seconds up the road. much better and more for much less.

Stopped in on way to Shropshire orderd food collected food and got to table and sorted out food no knapkins, no big deal, but staff member was rude to my daughter who went to counter to get some. Told her they were in the bag as she put them in there but no knapkins to be seen. No need for being rude just because you forgot, rectify the probkem and move on

Customer service -Miserable, patronising, and abrupt.I was only looking at the wall menu when one of the staff abruptly asked me to go to the machines to look.As i prefer to look at the menu on the wall before i order on the machine i feel that its my choice. Also if other customers already know what they want i feel that its only polite to let other customers use the machine 1st.If staff dont want you to look at the wall menus then why are they not barrierd off cordoned off coverered up or removed off the wall.Really!! no customers derserve to be spoken too like this in front of other customers.Its extremely rude unprofessional and disrespectful .

Crazy 45 mins wait for 3 whopper meals. However the staff could not have done any better with archaic dispensing system. Get it together burger King and help your staff to help your customers.

Visited a couple of times and tried the breakfast menu - which I've never had at other Burger Kings.Food was good quality and served fairly efficiently.
