Caffe Nero in Cherwell

Really needed coffee after a difficult morning in town. Went into Caffè Nero and found friendly, helpful staff and a place to quietly enjoy my coffee. Thank you Caffè Nero Banbury.

Great coffee, staff only wanted to talk to locals not really interested in new visitors

I think some staff need a little bit more training. The female I had served the wrong size I asked for, then a half shot of decaffeinated latted was super strong. Tasted like a double shot. However the senior member of staff was very helpful and exchanged what was required.

Rude staff I dealt with on the 28th December. She was swearing to customers infront to pickup his order and go. There was no sugar sachets or any sugar to put in our coffee.. tables not cleaned.. awful experience.. dust on sill next to me.

Reasonable coffee & tea, outdoor seating beggers and pidgeons!

Super friendly staff (one lady in particular). I love that it's open early and on Sundays. Can sit outside and people watch. Good coffee.

Pretty good coffee but the tea wasn't so good. The mugs are too big for the tea bags so it's tastes a bit flavourless. The place was a bit untidy and tables needed clearing.

Efficient service, great coffee and cakes, very nice staff, indoor and outdoor seating. Always busy, but we always manage to find a seat.

Great customer service, friendly and bright happy atmosphere. Brilliant coffee and food

The staff may have been polite enough, however their coffee is appalling and the place was untidy. Ordered a takeaway mocha. It was tasteless. Barista made another, and that was just as bad. In the end the manageress had to carry out a refund however wanted me to have a third mocha. If the first two aren't good the third won't sway me.
