Chow Asian Kitchen in Cherwell

Very poor. Arrived at 12:55, was told they aren’t open but would be 5 minutes, 5 minutes later told by someone else they weren’t open but would be in 10. Still not open at 13:15. Saw at least 8 potential customers try to order and be told they aren’t open for another 15 minutes.Wouldn’t recommend, very poor experience.

I’ve had a takeaway Thai Red Vegetable Curry with rice on two occasions while staying at the Travelodge next door. I’ve also had their Vegetable Spring Rolls and a Pumpkin Fritter. All were tasty and well cooked and as a vegetarian I will choose to eat from here again, no problem.As a Travelodge customer I have the advantage of 20% discount which helps. Prices are as you would expect at a motorway services, expensive.The main issue with this outlet is they seem to run out of noodles. Then customers get annoyed, take their bad mood out on the staff and then, understandably the staff get a bit down and defensive.A bit of patience and some better organisation would help everyone have a happier experience.

Over priced. £7.45 for only 4 tinny piece of chicken. Not worth. Should have gone next door to KFC. Staff didn't understand English well which really make it difficult to place order.

Overpriced for what it is the food isn't bad but not great either.

Easily the best of the food outlets at Cherwell Valley services. Delicious sweet and sour chicken with noodles. Chopsticks supplied if you want them.

Great meal, Katsu Curry was great, ill recommend and will come back later try other food

Delicious food with rice. Sushi - the best I ever had. Fantastic customer service by Lady Rizza, she is very nice and helpfull. Thank you so much Rizza.

Terrible! One of the worst meals I ever had at services. I ordered chicken teriyaki that didn’t taste and didn’t look anything like a teriyaki chicken. You would expect something better for the prices their charge. I hope they won’t last as their food is simply awful.

Had the Katsu Chicken Curry, even for a regular meal, the portion was plentiful. Probably the best food place in Cherwell Services.

Understaffed. Incorrectly cooked tasteless food... left not eaten 👎👎👎
