Coffee#1 in Cherwell

The vibe was spoiled a bit by the staff who didn't seem to be getting on well and were clearly having a stressful time. I knew the ice machine was broken thanks to a loud exclaimation which also seemed to require terse words and over-vigorous plating up. I'm pretty sure it was this distraction which led to a slight error with my order... I'd go again to see if it's a one-off thing, the coffee itself was nice and there seemed to be reasonable food options.

Very nice coffee and frappé, staff were polite and friendly, definitely recommend for you coffee lovers out there.

Rude staff, supervisor made me wait for 15 mins with their back to me without acknowledging I was there (store wasn’t busy at all) then made my drink incorrectly which wasn’t an issue, but when I tried to correct it and asked for a tea instead I was made to feel like I was completely out of order and being difficult. Seem to be unable to apologise when they get things wrong. Won’t be returning

Soya chai latte was lovely. The vegan wrap was tasteless, sweet potato and bean , the lemon drizzle was stodgy didn't finish the food. Would not eat there again , but nice for a coffee.

I enjoyed a very refreshing mint tea and had a wonderful unplanned chat with friends. I am at a loss to understand the modern decor, all dark and gloomy. In these awful pandemic times we need decor to be bright and cheerful.

Coffee was great but the tables were full of dirty cups and plates and needed a good wipe but with only 2 staff I suppose it's expected

Clean and quiet when we went. Plenty of cakes/pastries on offer. Speciality teas, usual coffees, also had vegan and gluten free options in the drinks. Decent service.

Great place to sit and relax while sipping on a great coffee. I had a Mocha and it was really good. Folks at the counter were wonderful. Looking forward to go frequently.

Lovely atmosphere and really varied menu. Service can be a little slow although I'm sure that'll be improved once it's been open for longer.
