Costa Coffee in Cherwell

Lovely women served us last night through the drive through. Great Customer Service. Thank you.

This place is always ridiculously slow be it in the cafe or through the drive thru. Today however was a new record. 20 minutes to wait for a coffee is totally unacceptable. Needs to do much much better

Staff are not polite and do not engage. Service is extremely slow, they do not use the overflow parking at the drive through leaving long queues!! Is this laziness??Use if desperate and have time on hands!

Nice friendly staff, quick service and a pleasant place to enjoy you time.

We had a bit of time to spare so we sat inside for a tea, coffee and a biscuit.The tables were clean and cleared and the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Lots of free parking outside.There are newspapers available to read and a good selection of sandwiches, cakes and biscuits.

Barely worthy of 1 star...but 0 stars wasn't an option. Had very little of the food on the menu available. Service was poor initially, and bordering on rude after we tried to work out what products were actually available. Won't be going back.

A very good Costa. Excellent Covid precautions. Nice staff, great coffee and right next to the super fast EV charging station just off Junction 11 on M40. Free WiFi.

Recently, I have abandoned this Costa for my favourite drink due to its policy of closing the doors without notice for those wishing to sit in and relax with their coffee.As they don't publish these changes in opening hours, (for example the Costa app. could be updated), you never find out until you've parked and then pushed, unsuccessfully, to open the door.Anyway, plenty of other places to go to who seem to want my money.

Visited this Costa at Stroud Park 4 times in the past 3 months. Opening hours are inconsistent, due to ‘staff shortages’ and/or ‘technical issues’ apparently, according to the many notices sellotaped to the doors. Today we got here at 16:30 and the place was already closed except for the drive thru. On the occasions where we have been allowed in to use the toilets, they were found to be unhygienic with hair and urine being stuck to the toilet rim, and a soaking wet floor (nearer the toilet than the wash basin).Not experienced this from Costa before, it’s such a shame. Don’t rely on it being open/being able to use hygienic toilet facilities while you are charging your car up at the nearby charging points.

Costa should feel proud about this location. The staff are quite possibly the friendliest I have ever encountered. Great service, lovely location, all while I wait for my car to charge 🙌
