Lovely place! Met some family there and sat in the small garden at the front! We had tea, earl grey and a fantastic coffee, 2 fanta lemon which you can't get most places and various cakes! Very enjoyable, would recommend this place to anyone going to Deddington, it's a pretty little place and the building in the middle opposite Foodies, was built in 1611 to house and help the poor! It's now an Art Gallery.

Purchased a coffee and asked if I could use the toilets to change my 6 month old daughters nappy. It was throwing it down outside and I just needed some help. After a bit of a chat in the back I was rudely told no and to go and try the pub. It's just not kind and the way in which I was talked too was disgusting.

Beautiful food and great selection of produce. Super friendly staff and seating outside. Really enjoyed our lunch in such a lovely setting.

Rude staff, almost like they don't want to have to bother with customers to make a living. Strange ordering system. I asked for sugar in my coffee (as you can't add your own), but it wasn't stirred. So it was really bitter, followed by really sweet. Sandwich wasn't the best either. Didn't use the side shop. Good location can't save the bad attitude.

We had walked from Bloxham so were ready for something to eat. Had a tasty panini each and were sad not to have room for one of the delicious looking cakes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sat outside, chairs just a bit hard.

A little gem in the centre of the village. Good service, lovely paninis and pleasant place to sit outside. Be aware, there is no toilet and all 3 pubs in the village were closed at lunchtime!

Staff make you feel very unwelcome.Visited this place twice now and both times I can only describe the welcome as hostile. The first time I thought they might be just having a bad day and were a little stressed as it was busy. However, the second time it was quiet and they still treated you like your presence into their cafe was a surprise (and an unwelcome one at that).I will only go back if my friends take me out insist but I could not recommend it to anyone.Apart from the setting the is little to recommend. The tea/coffee is acceptable: no better than anywhere else. The price is not overly expensive but certainly not cheap and when it's served to you with a side helping of bad attitude it's certainly not valid for money. There are far better places to visit and give your custom to and I would highly recommend doing so.I believe there are better places in this village to take refreshments but even if not I would recommend to keep going to the next village.I usually only write good reviews and an a huge advocate of supporting local independent business. However I don't think bad reviews or lack of custom will affect this business and it's owner as it gives the impression this is a hobby for them and therefore that could explain the lack luster experience and the feeling your are intruding into a private setting as opposed to someone pleased to welcome and serve their customers.

Get down to Foodies and discover the secret Foodies Special Brunch. It’s not on the printed menu as the ingredients are strictly supply and demand. The crispy bacon was surprisingly tasty. I think the Foodies Special Brunch is only available to the most discerning of customers - which if you’ve found your way to Foodies in the first place - means you.Service was attentive and with a smile. The waitress who served us was very friendly, telling us about the local attractions whilst we confirmed our order. Other customers (some with dogs) were also very friendly and eager to help with local recommendations. With good company, tasty food at reasonable prices, what better place to start a day of exploration?

Lovely little eatery /café. Good place to relax and watch the world go by while eating tasty food. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Extremely disappointing experience today!! Went with my two toddlers and we were clearly not welcomed. Tried to wait for a table and we were not allowed basically anywhere. We were the first queening but suddenly two couples were seated before us and when I asked why they didn’t intervene they said there was nothing they could do. I even had to cope with a patronising tone of voice. Horrible treatment.. clearly the customer doesn’t matter. We obviously left and don’t intend to go back!
