Never againPaid £40 for 4 of us ( 2 adults 2 kids ) didn’t even fill us up and in top ended up with food poisoning the next day ! Never again I will eat from any itsu food chain thinking about it makes me feel sick. If I could give zero or minus zero stars I would !

Went with the kids, they had noodles I had the curry rice with chicken. Really good quality and filling. The kids finished thier noodles which is a vote enough! Perfect to fuel our shopping post lunch.

Yesterday 12/04/22 around 3pm me and my mum went for a quick lunch, all the staff where polite and happy. The area was clean and maintained well.On top of this my mother had has an allergy to mushrooms and she forgot to mention this at the till. She ordered the ramen soup which contains mushrooms. She realised her mistake and went to ask if any other soups where mushroom free. The lady with the name starting with C it was went above and beyond for my mum and also aloud her to exchange the item. The customer experience was floorless. I would like the ops team to know this. Thank you so much

Got salmon nigiri, salmon avocado maki and baby salmon maki, with a side of chicken & spring onion gyozas.Summary:Some of the worst sushi I’ve ever had - waste your money elsewhere. If 0 stars was an option, that would be my rating.Sushi:The fish was not fresh, you can easily smell and taste that it’s not great - but not the worst fish I’ve had either. The rice was way too dense, not washed appropriately and did not have enough vinegar in them.I had two nigiri and no more, I’ve never had worse nigiri. The salmon & avocado maki was a bit better, but not by much. Again, the rice is too dense and hard-packed; it’s supposed to be fluffy and light. The sesame seeds have an off taste to them, and overpower the rest of the sushi. The avocado is equally as “unfresh” as the fish, and is turning brown, with some spots already on them. The baby salmon maki was surprisingly nice, besides from the rice. It was not as dense as the others, but not as fluffy as desired.Gyozas:Pre-made and reheated in store. Lacks flavor and texture of a proper gyoza. Somewhat redeemed by the “gyoza-sauce” which was surprisingly alright.

Itsu can be hit and miss - this one is a bit closer to a miss sadly. Quality of sushi is not great, with the rice being slightly too sticky and excessive, whilst the quantity of fish is a little mean. Sushi execution could be improved - it looks a little messy and rushed. Very nice, friendly team though, and the restaurant is clean with good outdoor seating and heaters.

A really great place for fast Asian food at Bicester Village. Nice seating inside or out. Food was fresh and delicious. I would certainly eat at this Itsu again.
