KFC in Cherwell

Staff need teaching basic customer services, I.E. don't ignore customers waiting to order food,. I get they're busy and I don't mind waiting once ordered, but to wait nearly 10 mins and still not be served is ridiculous

If it could be zero it would. Staff look depressed and lifeless. Not enough either. The queue was very long waiting for collection and there seemed to be no life in this branch. Worst KFC experience ever.

Having only a half hour break for lunch,Arrived at 11am ( opening hours)To be told food will be another half hour wait. Waste of time.Never using this branch again, no updates from staff, as customers queuing outside.

KFC need to hire more staff here. About 40 customers stood around for half an hour waiting for food. The staff are rushed off their feet. Sadly just another case of corporate greed and staff being overworked.

The drink station was a warzone. There was no gravy. Food took +20 mins. The staff looked like they were serving a prison sentence. “I am left disturbed by that experience”, said my friend

This has to be the worst kfc experience possible totally incompetent staff couldn't even change a till roll and complete disorganisation throughout the whole branch. A queue that filled the display screen and no chicken cooked. I waited for half an hour before demanding my money backA truly awful experience. Never again will I stop at Churwell hill

They need more staff. You should not be waiting over 30mins for fast food. For pur local kfc is always a pain to get food knowing how long waiting will be. And it is that long every time. The front staff is generally nice though. But they need at least one extra person. UNDERSTAFFED.

I went off KFC for a while as had a bad experience. Came in looking for a Subway. There wasn’t one so had a Zinger fillet tower box meal. It was delicious! Red hot and fresh! Thank you!

The staff were incredibly rude and the iced tea I had tasted really watery, probably due to the fact it was 95% ice. There's clearly a management problem that needs resolving here because judging from the reviews other people have had poor experiences too.

Had to leave my zinger stack meal. One chicken fillet was cooked the other was not.I tore it apart to look inside and it was still shiny slimy like frozen chicken is if not cooked right. Puttibg my partner off her chips 😑. So if I'm ill tomorrow I'll be in touch 👍 zero star
