La Foglia in Cherwell

Absolutely beautiful food. Fresh, authentic and reasonably priced. The service was excellent. We will definitely be going back!!!

Proper restaurant, a true 10/10, food was amazing, service was amazing, portions and presentation top notch. We are on a break and our hotel had a limited menu, we decided to find somewhere else, we are glad we did. I truly mean this, the lasagne was the best we’ve ever tasted, the sauce was incredible, we also had the sea bass, 10/10, carbonara 10/10 and the chicken milinase was magical, 4 very very happy people. As I said a proper 10/10.

Amazing food, excellent service and relaxed atmosphere. Staff were very efficient but welcoming. Recommend a visit. Portions are large.

They accommodated us early in the evening even with a party booking going on. Service was fast and efficient.There were 3 of us, 2 enjoying generous sized pizza and the other a salmon/pasta dish.Food very tasty.We've been a number of times and would recommend it.

Really disappointing. Came here as never been yet live close by, and heard it was good. Service was beyond slow that by time pizza came out we’d finished bottle of wine. Was in there over two hours which normally is great but with no atmosphere, it was long! Food was ok tbh a little tasteless 🤷‍♀️ 😞

Called in here whilst staying in Banbury overnight. The restaurant was very busy (always a good sign), and I can see why. The food from start to finish was authentic, and gorgeous. I had the bruschetta followed by the homemade meatballs and Conchiglie pasta...cooked and seasoned perfectly. Plenty of pleasant staff and a lovely bottle of Pinot Grigio made for a lovely evening with the wife.

Lived in Banbury for 15 years , and this was my first visit to La Foglia - wow what have l been missing the food and service - excellent . Certainly will be making this restaurant a favourite destination of choice.

Lovely food, really really tasty! And a nice selection of wine with a great atmosphere. I don't know if it was an off day but we found service to be a bit lacking and would have to try and get the attention of someone to get empty plates removed etc

We called in early in the off-chance of getting a table during the week. We were lucky but could only have the table for a certain amount of time due to forward bookings. No problem and we had a super meal served by charming staff.We will definitely book another time!

Amazing service and incredible food, can’t even remember how many times I’ve travelled just under an hour to eat here!
