The best poached eggs

Have been a regular visitor to Brookfield Farm M&S Cafe for some time. The staff are very pleasant especially Matt who serves hot food to tables. He is a definite asset to M&S friendly, polite and extremely helpful; I cannot praise him enough. He certainly helps to make a visit a positive experience. Some time ago when in there with my 4 year old grandson an employee came and gave him a Percy Pig soft toy for behaving so well in the cafe. He was delighted; what a nice thing to do M&S, thank you

Limited availability at 3pm of cakes . Had a scone with jam and cream which are all sold separately. Be nice if you could get a cream tea as one item rather than have to ferret around for the different items.Seats are rock hard plastic. Only a certain number soft seats in booths.Difficult to find somewhere to park a wheelchair once the person has got out of it and room to manoeuvre a chair around can be tricky when busy.Scone was fresh. Only a few choices for fruit tea and was expensive ...I think a box of them was cheaper than one cup !

Lovely place to grab a coffee (and piece of cake). Friendly staff. Went at 1.30 and wasn't too busy but it was the Easter break.

Yeah nice cafe nice food only problem heating wasn't working bit was cold in there every body was eating with there coats on

Staff are pleasant. Coffee was a bit bland but not awful

Very noisy and crowded. Food not as good as it used to be.

I love M&S for their high quality food and generally good service. I've always been a fan of their stores and most of the items they sell. Their cafe on the other hand was without question dirty. I'm not talking about needing redecorating, I mean needing cleaning. All the ledges were thick with dust, the tables sticky and almost everything you looked at needed a good clean. Disappointing for a store with this brand's reputation. Service is seriously slow, food is acceptable. Couldn't really recommend it.
