Masters Kabab in Cherwell

Not very clean inside, the food isn't great and expensive compared to other kebab shops, the staff are rude and not friendly.

Normal service for a Kebab shop .... burger OK but nothing special

Absolutely disappointed put in an order on uber at 11pm.. said food will be delivered @ 12am. Then 12.20. Moved to 12.30. I checked opening times on Google and saw closes at 4am. I called the branch at 12.20am to find out what's going on as they accepted the order got told they closed at 12am and they put the phone down on me. Cowboy cun*s

Rancid. Ordered off the menu, told they told don’t do it. Told what I could order: a meat feast pizza got given a veggie pizza. Handed it back got given the most rancid pizza I’ve ever seen. No words for this place, must be money laundering place as they cannot be making money out of selling food.

Prices on board behind counter are not current prices. I asked for mixed kebab for one, £9.90 on the board, so gave the bloke a tenner and didn't take my change. I got a mixed donner instead, which was not what I wanted. Only realised when looking at the paper menu after that the mixed kebab is actually £11.90 now. I also asked for chilli sauce, he put sweet chilli sauce on, was like eating a Thai kebab, horrible. I think this place is too used to catering for pissheads who don't care what they get or wouldn't notice the difference. Won't be going again.

Wouldn't recommend. Ordered through Just eat, menu said all kebabs come with Salad, Got a mixed kebab with just a naan and the meat.... called up and was told i didn't state I wanted salad! Not a option in just eat app and then said nothing could be done, worst customer service and very unhelpful go to a better place in Banbury.

What a wonderful service we had from Master Kebab tonight. Everything was ordered & right even with my strange requests. Well done fabulous service.

Never order here absolutely rude ordered and was spoken to terrible when my order was cancelled and they told me to call uber eat to change their order limit. There is no way in ordering from here how they spoke to me and told me to deal with their problems. Also didn't get full refund from them they tried getting me to pay a cancellation fee when it was them that cancled

order food from here after 45 mins had a email saying order had been cancelled.rang restrant to find that they said they cancelled the order as they had rang and they said the order had not been done as noone answered the phone which they did not ring.i asked them on the phone to ring my mobile phone whike i was on a diffrent phone which they refused to do i also had to deal with being hung up on and shouted at they didnt not seem to understand that throw just eat your phone number is saved and you do not have to keep entering number but i would reather the truth than be lied to the people here have no telephone manner barring in mine we order here before and never have had a issue with phone number before when their driver ring us from outside this is disgusting and i will not be oredering from here again as they clearly do not like keeping costmes from how they speak to them.

I have Peri Peri here pretty much every week and it tastes decent for the prices. They sometimes skimp on the chips on the cheaper meal deals but buying separately gets you lot more chips. The service is really quick and they get your order ready really quickly.
