Inexpensive and cheerful. The food was tasty, fresh and the portion was large. Friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Amazing portion sizes great value for money and they were very welcoming of us with 3 small children in tow! High chairs are available

Honest review (sorry)Atmosphere - this place is lovely, on the high street but it's like stepping into a cozy barn conversion in the Italian mountains or something. Some tasteful decoration and articles on the walls.Service - the service is quick and friendly from a front of house perspective. However we ordered one dish and it seemed to just get forgotten. We watched other tables order and get their food faster. And them tables were much bigger orders.Food - we ordered bruschetta with mixed veg on it. It is served with a salad and a small number of crisps. I would say the bread was just a panini which had been baked with the topping on so it had absorbed the juice of the veg (bit soggy). But the flavours were very good with a really rich and fruity tomato coming through well. The salad was basic and the crisps were a poor addition in my opinion. I saw other food coming out and it looked good but not 'amazing'Price - for what we had I would say £5.50 was fair but not great value. I wouldn't say its not worth it but I equally wouldn't say I felt like it was a good use of the money.Overall this place is solid, it delivers a good product with good service in a good atmosphere... just nothing spectacular in my opinion.I would return and I would try other things but I think only after I have been to several alternative places in Banbury first, hopefully next time there is that special something which I think I may have missed today.

Good service and quick too. Passable full English( cheap sausages ) very reasonably priced. Good coffee. The table was rather sticky. However the toilet and toilet area was so very dirty and uncared for. Light switches were thick with dirt. The whole area at the back of the restaurent was filthy and a mess. Had I gone to the toilet before I had ordered and eaten, I would have gone elsewhere, as it was so unhygienic. It always makes we wonder how clean and hygienic cooking areas are if the front of house is so dirty and unkempt.

Went in this cafe Saturday to see the menu just to decide if it was something we wanted and the owner was so rude absolutely disgusting. treatment and even said something in his own language which we ignored when we left straight after the rating this cafe as got must be friends of hisI recommend not to visit this cafe

The food looked lovely and had fresh ingredients, but the bruchettas were soggy and luke warm.Couldn't make out what this place aimed to be or who it was here to serve. It came across as part greasy spoon cafe part Italian. It served full English breakfast, which hubby had but again it was luke warm.To be honest it would smell nicer if the full English was ditched.

Good to see a busy independent cafe. Not overly impressed with the lunch we had though. Overpriced for what you get. However, they must be doing something right as they were busy.

Really nice chance for a sit down, coffee and Mexican batch, with salad. Service was nice, not rushed, never hung around for order. Food was fresh, tasty and hit the spot. Nice to sit outside with it not being busy for a Sunday afternoon. Very impressed by the small shop.
