The pizzas was lovely, and they have great deal and they gave me an extra for free as they were running late. Gave the wrong receipt so I've left my feedback here instead of on tellpizzahut!

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:50 with a delivery time of 7:35. The delivery driver changed over 3 times and was given a latest arrival time of 8:05. Ordered was cancelled with no contact at 8:10. Waited over an hour for nothing :( Now they won’t answer the phone and help explain what happened. Super disappointing.

Ordered twice from here. Both times were lovely. The second time it arrived a few minutes early which was good. Good food and good delivery.

Useless. Went in and asked if any of their pizzas have a bbq sauce base, the guy didnt understand me so he turned to a woman without saying anything to me. I repeated my question to her, she told me that they're 'not open for collection', despite the fact their door is open and online they are listed as 'open' and they have signs up about social distancing. So to summarise; they dont speak English, they aren't open even though they claim to be, and I still have no idea if any of their pizzas have a bbq sauce base.

Hot pizza, easy going staff, we did collection and it was ready as soon as we arrived. Great flavours. We also had nachos and mac & cheese and enjoyed both of those too.

The pizza is okay , but the service not very good .most of the time they forget to bring the full order such as the dips. I paid for them each time but never received anything!It’s happened to me 3 times already.Called the store and all she said in a polish accent i thought, i could be wrong ...she says . “ we are sorry, we will try not to do it again “, i asked if my dips can be delivered as the pizza had only arrived 5 mins ago and i live 3 minutes away by bike . She said “ i am sorry but you have to order something again ! “I didnt feel good and my meal plan didnt go very well to me and the people i had helping me the whole day. We were looking forward to those pizzas !I dont think i will order again from this store.Just doesn’t feel well to be let down when you dont get what you expect and being that tired of work !Many Thanks ,
