Had a great meal here superb attentive staff went the extra mile to ensure our visit was a success. Food was very tasty. Lovely waitress didn't get her name but short lady dark hair glasses very efficient. Our favourite the meatballs delicious!

Saturday evening my husband and I ordered 2 pizzas and a portion of chips as a takeaway. The chips were £4.50 so we presumed we could share them at this price. Whilst the order was delivered in a good time frame, the food on arrival was cold so had to be re-heated which clearly is not the point of a takeaway, I did not want to turn the oven on and cook! I paid a £2.99 service charge which was automatically charged not really sure what it was for as NO service. We tried Prezzo as a change but definitely won’t be doing it again. We paid £37 for 2 pizza and 1 portion, if you could call it a portion of chips. Everything was cold and Prezzo should be ashamed of the portion of chips, see image. I will never again be using them I was absolutely disgusted when I opened the chips and it spoilt what should have been a treat
. Quite an expensive one at that.

The service was good but the food was awful. The back of house areas are filthy and load inappropriate music blaring from the kitchen.

Food was good, kids liked the pizza. They got our starter order wrong as it arrived at the table, but they quickly sorted it with minimal fuss. Easy to park in the nearby free multistorey parking and walk down to the restaurant at street level.

Prezzo had been one of my family’s favourite restaurants, after this visit, not anymore. We visited prezzo bicester after our visit to bicester village. When we entered. First of all, the 2 people in the bar, one male and one female totally ignored us, so instantly it felt like they were short of staff and very busy, then after waiting for a minute or two, I was approached by a member of staff, we said we needed a table for 3, we were asked if we had a booking to which we said no. We were then offered a table and our order was taken straight away. Then maybe there was a change of shift among the staff members. After waiting for 10 minutes, the same staff member came and repeated our order to us because she was handing over our table to another waitress and the whole order wasn’t being transferred. Then after waiting another ten minutes, another waitress came in to confirm our order. It felt like staff cannot communicate between themselves and couldn’t even get an order right. I was surprised at the service in Prezzo. Another ten minutes later, the waitress brought our whole order including starters and main course at the same time. We had clearly said that we would like our starters first. When we said this to the waitress she thought because we had been waiting so long she should bring everything together to which I said to her by the time we finish our starters, the main course will be cold. Why didn’t she ask to bring everything together instead of assuming that we would want everything together. Then she took away the half of the order. We had to request the olives from our starters 3 times before we got them. And nobody even asked if we wanted to refill our drinks. By this time I was a absolutely appalled by the service. We finished our meal and the waitress apologised and after we got home, my daughter has been sick with vomiting and diarrhoea which has lasted 2 days. And everything else we had the same other than the prezzo meal that she had the other day and we are all fine. I am absolutely disgusted at Prezzo Bicester and you should seriously consider customer service and the hygiene of your kitchen. Rating one star or dissatisfied doesn’t even come close to how I’m feeling right now.

Absolutely lovely time. Greeted and welcomed by a very charming and pleasant young man then shown to our table. Our drinks order was taken swiftly by another very pleasant waiter. The menu has a very good choice and what we ordered arrived very soon after and was very tasty. All in a very good experience and I would recommend to everyone.

This was our first time at Prezzo and I want to say we didn’t miss anything! We arrived at 7.10 , ordered immediately but had our main around 8.35! They didn’t even notice we didn’t have our food. The waitress came and asked ‘Would you like to see the dessert menu?’. We obviously said we haven’t eaten yet. And they started to cook our dinner just then which is still fine. It was a busy evening but when we were paying, the waitress had already selected gratuity in the card machine, so I had to pay the gratuity rather than to decline which I would have done. So it was a bad experience!

Yummy light dinner post-lockdown celebration dinner with friends during the heatwave. The background music was a bit too loud but they didn't mind lowering down a bit so we could talk without shouting to one another. Food & drinks service was very fast and personalized. As I can't eat chicken, only fish & some prosciutto, the kitchen kindly replaced the Chicken in their Main Avocado Salad with breaded Calamari, which until now only features in their starter. Thumb-up for accommodating without issues. Their Mojito Mockail was so refreshing without the alcohol I didn't want. Prices are also very reasonable. All in all a lovely Saturday night outing. Curious to know if other local Prezzo are similar.
