·

Superb village pub, good beers/ales on offer with a convivial atmosphere. Highly recommended.

·

Very friendly village pub with great staff. Has a nice secluded garden which is just perfect for sitting with a newspaper on a sunny lunchtime with areas of shade. Even does take away Sunday lunch.

·

Friendly pub, lovely outdoor area to shelter from the rain with 4 beers on draught. A ye olde pub.... can't go wrong. Not a youth pub!

·

Fantastic smalll town feel pub. Fish and chips were great and they made a meal not on the menu for our picky kids.

·

Lovely pub but Landlord is the most miserable man ever. I keep coming back as I love the garden and every time I do, he reminds me why I promised myself that the last time WILL be the last time. I've never seen him smiling to anyone, no mentioning how unhappy he is when needs to collect any order. Such a shame because the pub is really nice.... Don't forget to apologise for coming and paying for your order!

The pub is my fav of the two in Bodicote. The garden is a beautiful place to spend the afternoon - all the details in there will keep you enough entertained (look for the new, the spiderweb). Beer, in my opinion is not particularly impressive, and I tend to stick to lager for that reason. I have heard good things about the roast, but being a vegan I don't usually want to pay unless there are options for me. There is new management, so I shall cross my fingers and maybe will be reviewing a nut roast soon!

Nice place for a pint but the sign says good food and all you can have is a baguette and plate of chips. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Look forward to trying them out in summer.

We called at The Plough Inn on a Tuesday lunch time. It was our first visit and have to say the atmosphere was very welcoming. There was a friendly barmaid and a lovely open fire. The lunchtime menu was varied, well priced, and included hot and cold food. We sat in the bar, but had a look inside the restaurant area which was empty during the day but looked very inviting for an evening meal.A very relaxing and pleasant visit. Will go again.
