Zushi Japanese Restaurant in Cherwell

Amazing food, delicious and super fresh ! Friendly staff and very nice decor ,this is one of my favourite Asian restaurants I have ever eaten so far✌️ Definitely worth a visit if you are ever around Banbury for an delightful, fantastic gastronomic experience.

Always love eating here. Took a friend out for a birthday dinner last night. The ambiance and décor is lovely, the service was excellent as usual and the food tasted gorgeous as normal. I think Banbury is very fortunate to have an eatery such as this in our town. Well Done to all the team there and long may it continue and we WILL BE BACK!

Wasn’t expecting anything special but I was very surprised by Zushi Restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the Beef Dolsot Bibimbap whilst the rest of my party enjoyed their Katsu curry and Beef Gyudon. Service was 1st class.

Delicious dinner, they have so many options, it was difficult to decide what to order, everything was abosuletly delicious. Great service with friendly and helpful staff.

First time here and everything went well. The food was good and the customer service was kind, prompt and respectful. The food was a little under seasoned but overall it was a good experience. I will be returning to try something else soon.

Adds much needed high culture in the town. Wide choice, amazing cuisine, knowledgeable staff and great value. Caters for Japanese and Korean cuisine.

Zushi always seems to be busy for a small restaurant, so I'd recommend booking a table. There is so much to choose from on the menu, from salt & pepper chicken starter, to sushi,.to Korean... But from what I've had so far, it's usually pretty good! The sushi comes quite quickly and are generous cuts, though, the hot food options are also generous in size - It's the perfect place to go if you've got people who want to eat sushi, and people who really don't... It's a great win-win!

They graciously filled in a takeaway order for 2 adults and 2 kids at a quarter to 3 just before they headed into their afternoon break. We ordered a chicken katsu curry, a large vegetarian sushi plate, an avocado temaki roll and asparagus sushi. The bill was £31 which is higher than my local London equivalent but we were very grateful to eat something different after so many holiday pizzas, fish n chips and baked potatoes. Many British food outlets could learn a lot from Korean and Japanese food presentation.
